Student post 1 In student post 1, Race and diversity are discussed and according to me, the race must not be considered in determining the person is rich or poor. People must not be judged by skin color in social class. The race is considered as social as the people are considered racist. In the world, diversity, as well as races, is more considered in society. I believe that in any country immigrants help in representing the country as well as serve the nation. Immigrants must not be disregarded in the country as they are provided the services to the citizens by doing various jobs. In America, immigrantsmust be welcomedfor bringing change. I agreewith the statementthat the immigrants in the country are representing the economy as they are doing jobs on low wages. Racism should not be considered for determining the nationality of the person(Cantle, 2018). Student post 2 In student post 2, the concept of race is described as it was used as a biological concept. It was wrongly applied to discriminating white and black people. Later the concept was considered as a social. It is described that black and white people should not be classified by any gene or a cluster of the gene. In every country, the colors of the people are described differently. I agree that racism does not include a biological explanation. A race must not be classified with the color as the color of the human body depends on the environmental stressors and adaptation of the body. Discrimination which is based on skin color is popular in many countries as the black color people in the USA are described as white people in Africa. The color of the person depends on the genetic differences and depends on the environmental adaptation(Pincus, 2019).
