Introduction
The dependency on the digital solutions is growing as the increase of the advancement of
the digital technology. It has been seen that the sue of the digital system is helping the
organization to find out the relevant solutions which are cost effective in nurture. The most
advanced positing gained by the use of the technology is small business farms and the startups
(Lu et al. 2015). The main objective of this paper is to understand the perspective of the IT in
solving the problems in a small IT farm. This discussion will identify the significance of the IT
in the organizational development. The conclusion can be drawn from the factors found from the

Background
The discussion is regarding organic Food , a small business farm selling organic item.
The main problem of this business organization is that the company is apparently new in the
business. However, it has gained certain reputation of providing quality service at its
neighborhood. However, the name of the company is not known to the people outside of the
community. In this situation, it is the planning of the organization to make a new marketing and
the business strategy so that the business can be expended. Apart from that many numbers of
