4.1 IntroductionThe chapter of findings is considered as one of the most important chapters of thedissertation. Furthermore, researcher uses different tools and techniques in order to derivesuitable findings from the data collected through various sources. It can be asserted that for thepresent dissertation, scholar has gained information from primary sources. A well-structuredquestionnaire has been used for the purpose of collecting information from 10 employees ofVirgin (Amelina, 2012). Apart from this, it can also be expressed that findings of dissertation hasbeen presented with the help of using method of thematic analysis. Different types of charts andtables have been used by the researcher in order to present findings of present research. 4.2 Results from the questionnaire4.2.1Theme 1: Employees in Virgin are ready and willing to accept the change20%10%40%30%Employees in my organization willingly accept change.
