This dissertation explores the process of business transformation in Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on the impact of SMEs on the global market and the role of digital technologies in their growth. The case study is based on Angst Supermarket, a food retailer and wholesaler supermarket chain in Romania. The research aims to analyze the characteristics of SMEs and the processes required for them to grow into large-scale businesses. The specific objectives include evaluating the impact of SMEs on the global market, comparing various strategies of business growth, examining website development tools, and creating a website encapsulating information and statistics about SMEs.
