INTRODUCTION
Diversity and inclusion is the kind of policies and programmers that is very important for
the organization and for the inclusive workplace in order to earn deeper trust and more
commitment from their workers. These are the two kinds of interconnected concepts that
represent the entity and describe about the organization that how well the organization is
contributing towards the present and opinion of the different types of group of individuals who
are valued and integrated into the effective environment. In the environment or in the
organization where different kind of nationalities races genders sexual orientations and identities
are working together for achieving their targets But in the organization there are certain groups
are valued or carry any authority or influence and this is called diverse but this is not known as
inclusive. This report is going to explain about the understanding of the conceptual framework
that drive in equality in the workplace and also going to explain about the managing charges of
discrimination in context of managing diversity effectively like in gender disability is sexual
orientation religion and many more.

United Kingdom. The organization is the world leading public service broadcaster and we create
some content that inform and educate and entertain different types of individuals in the United
Kingdom and around the globe. In addition to this the BBC is the kind of public service
broadcaster organization which is founded by Royal charter and The organization provide
different kind of channels like regional TV programmers internet TV services and many more.
Consider its experience in managing charges of discrimination—gender, race, age, disabilities,
sexual orientation, religion, etc.- OR how it is seeking to manage diversity effectively.
For the organisation it is very important for them to manage the diversity in the
workplace. And diverse workplace will going to support the company to target better
demographics and move in order to achieve their goals and objectives.
