INTRODUCTION
In order to achieve amazing success in the market, the person must evaluate their learning
requirements and improve all of their other areas. With the aid of new modern technologies the
human increase their ability to compete in the face of shifting market conditions. The purpose of
the report is to analyse how important it is to comprehend learning requirements in current
digital world. Additionally, there will be a brief discussion on digital learning in this study that
will assist student to progress in studies from aid of new technical advantages. For example, the
usage of the new Gamification tools can allow people to learn new things and gain rewards
significantly in particular activities will be the major topic of this report.

Digital learning is a kind of education that makes use of technological resources in a way that
can help learner to learn new information more effectively in future. The efficient use of
technology produces a wide range of applications with the primary goal of gaining virtual
learning experience. Digital learning is accompanied by a variety of concepts that will aid the
learner in discovering new information (Gandolfi, Ferdig and Kratcoski, 2021).
. In the future, the majority of people will be able to employ efficient processes as well as
achieve successful growth throughout time. Students are able to adapt to new situations and
interactive learning methods in digital learning can support students to improve skills and
knowledge in effective manner. The usage of modern technologies will allow the person to
predict their achievement over time and give them the appropriate path toward many elements.
They can obtain new courses which can support them to become more professional in a variety
of circumstances with the help of digital learning. The students can also learn lessons that may
enable them to comprehend things in more effective manner (Balica, 2022). The major goal of
digital learning tools is to give students engaging lessons which can assist them to get most out
of their efforts in future. There are a number of benefits regarding using digital learning covering
adequate career guidance and path students can follow to develop new skills and abilities.
Indulging in new courses can boost the person's abilities, enabling them to overcome a variety of
obstacles that may arise in future. Additionally, they can develop a more receptive temperament
and eventually accomplish the intended aims and objectives in proper manner.

Limitations and challenges of digital learning
Digital learning has a number of drawbacks that individuals may encounter during learning
academic topics. These issues may have an impact on the overall development of future trends.
The following information shows the challenges of digital learning:
Lack of social interaction – One of the main drawbacks of digital education is that the
student may become isolated from their social life when they learn through E-learning platform.
The usage of digital technologies for learning can make students feel less interactive with outer
world (Muhuri and Mukhopadhyay, 2022).
Health problems: The student can become inactive if they don’t join a physical classroom
for studying purpose. This can also pose many health problems for student which covers weaker
eye sights, drowsiness and confusion.
Gamification
The primary goal is to engage students and inspire them with new material. This tool
offers a variety of tasks that can be completed by user to enhance their overall abilities and skills.
The mechanisms used in gamification are uncommon and induce individual satisfaction in order
to complete tasks. Gamification has a straightforward procedure that has been established. The
individual must use their knowledge and certain principles to complete various tasks. They need
to come up with the best plan to get special rewards for completing difficult game quizzes. This
can also allow them to comprehend new concepts in better manner and with this performance as
a whole may be effectively enhanced (Carlson, Peterson and Day, 2019). This technology has the
potential to help students grow in the future. By correctly identifying their weaknesses, the
learners can design necessary strategies for overcoming the identified issues. The new era has
created an advantageous circumstance in which each individual can concentrate on success.
Gamification has been used by some universities to assist students in achieving personal
development. They will definitely be able to do well in difficult situations which will also have a
positive impact on their studies.
Limitations and challenges of Gamification
Gamification is complex in nature – The concept of gamification is dynamic as there
are multiple factors that are complex and can also impact individual performance and
growth. The major implications are to know different factors for analysing performance
(Blankenship, 2021).
