appreciation of diversity and inclusiveness.
It has been seen that diversity and inclusiveness forms out a vital and crucial aspect of all
business organisation and institution as it helps in increasing the overall productivity and creativity
level of a firm through leading a more skilled and talented workforce. But many issues and threats are
also being lead out by diversity comprise of higher level of chaos and conflicts at workplace based on
diversity in culture and different perception of colleagues. Thus, arranging and organizing certain
activity that supports creation of positive relationship within the colleagues and appreciate diversity
and inclusiveness is important and vital. Further, it has been analsysed that human rights and base
human needs tend to be closely related and connected as it has been seen that the Human rights are
tend to apply for every person because they are a human (Drazenovich & Mazur, 2022). Along with
this, human rights can be seen as rights towards the fulfilment and achievement of the ability to fulfill
and meet the basic human needs which tend to provide grounding for human rights.
Further, use of many Frameworks, approaches and instruments are tending to be made at the
workplace in order to improve cultural awareness and leading higher level of inclusion at workplace
which includes the getting and ensuring regular cultural training to ensure creation of global
citizenship based on leading education and respect for all cultural and values. Along with this, it has
been also seen and analsysed that bridging the cultural gap by the way of ensuring and leading out
effective communication skill and developing good practice manners is also an effective way to
support diversity and inclusiveness at workplace. Apart from this, focusing on celebrating the
traditional holidays along with having and organizing function for celebrating festivals of various
cultures of diverse colleagues in form of some collective meals where workers can learn about one
another’s cultures by sharing food can also be made to create and lead out appreciation of diversity
and inclusiveness (Nakamura, 2022). For instance, creation and arrangement of some sort of cultural
programmed can be made for the diverse workforce that would tend to include a collective meal
between that would support better exchange of thoughts and lead to effective interaction among the
workers thus bring higher inclusiveness at workplace. Thus, focusing on cross- cultural training for all
workers belonging to different culture along with ensuring collective meals at lunch time and
celebration for special days tend to provide effective way to have improved appreciation of diversity
and inclusiveness. Along with this, it has been also seen and analsysed that many regulations such as
equality act, 2010 and other provision are also set by the government to support diversity at
workplace by the way of keeping check and control on all form of discrimination to foster a positive
environment that is inclusive in nature.
