Two different culture in this community are The Italian Culture and The Chinese culture.
Two different languages are, Italian and Mandarin. Common two workplace disabilities are
Lower back disorders and depression.

Empowering the people of different cultures such as Italian and Chinese to learn the
common language English. Developing range of ideas and expertises to also over come their
disabilities to learn more in a diverse collection of colleagues would help in managing the
differences in culture, languages and disabilities in workplace (Roberson, 2019).

I belong to the Australian culture which is very relaxed but also very punctual of timings.
This culture has helped me to never be late on work, despite being a rude we have great
communicational skills (Raewf and Mahmood, 2021.).

The areas in which the cultural gaps can be controlled for diversity is helping the people
in work place to develop a common language. Celebration of all the holidays and festivals for
making the work place seem diverse.

It is very important for the workplace to value and respect the people for which they are
working for. Practices for valuing and respecting other individuals are,
Listing to everyone and their perspectives.
recognizing the strengths and accomplishments of others.

I can increase the level of professionalism and also show more respect to others with
different culture. Trying to understand the differences of the cultures and respecting them is a
very important in valuing and respecting people in the workplace.
