INTRODUCTION
The report is based on the medical centre which mainly providing the best quality of various
services. It will provide the user-friendly website that allows of users to access information or
details. The official website of Medical centre that will facilitate the patient to book an
appointment with their desire GP and also access their own medical history. Generally, the
medical centre system will record all essential details about patient, appointment, booking and
schedule time or data. This will help for user to check the availability of service and try to
communicate with administrator regarding insurance services.
Furthermore, the documentation will create the UML diagrams such as use case, class,
activity, sequence and entity relationship diagram. These are mainly representing the overall
flow of information or data. In order to collect or gather large amount of information regarding
Patient, booking, appointment schedule and multiple service which mainly provided by medical
centre. At last, it will describe the suitable testing plan and also deployed the activities.
