It hasbeen observed through analysis that lots of problems could be found in the system ifproblems would be raised due to the poor partnership between the care workers and staffs.For this particular reason respective management of the business must have to focus onessential elements so that they could be able to run all of the issues in a significant manner. After having analysis it couldbe said that appropriate ethics and philosophies need to be maintained by the respectivehealth care organization so that every single activity in health care sector needs to bemaintained. Primary aspect of any mental health organization is to maintain the values of thebusiness process. Each and every care professionals must have to focus on the moral valuesand that could play an effective role in the case of work practice. The paper is mainly tryingto highlight how the senior staffs of the mental health organization must have to promote thepartnership working in the working platform. Through this process senior staffs of thecompany could be able to maintain the philosophies in the working arena (White and Harris,2011).3

At this present moment most of th e health care organizations have been using partnershipworking for the betterment of their organization. In this case mental health organization musthave to focus before initiating the partnership working. Some basic philosophical needs musthave to be fulfilled before initiating this type of activity. Empowerment: As decision making is the essential element for the business process,respective senior staffs must have to empower their other staffs so that they could beable to invent some new ideas and thoughts. By the help of this process, managementcould be able to increase the strength of the staffs and employees in the process.Respect: Respect for other people also need to be maintained in the working process.By showing respect to other people an organization could be able to increase thepotential growth of the process. In this case staffs of respective mental healthorganization must have to show respect to other people.Fairness at workplace: Proper behaviour and ethics need to be maintained by each ofthe individual present at the workplace. Equilibrium at the working environment mustneed so that each staff could be able to deliver their best quality. For this type ofmental health organization respective management needs to show appropriatebehaviour towards the staffs so that a good working environment could bemaintained. Independence: Each and every single member of the organization needs to beprovided an individual right. None of them must not to be bound in any criticalcircumstances. Autonomy: A trust factor also should be there in the workplace where every singleemployee could be able to run all of the process in a significant manner. These are the philosophical justifications which must have to be maintained by every singleemployee associated with business process. 1.2 Different partnership relation in the health and social care sectorRelationship among all the entities in the mental health care sector must have to follow therelational bonding among all the stakeholders.
