Domino’s Pizza Inc.
20 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive
Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106, USA
Mr. Santiago Cortez
5305 42A Ave
Red Deer, AB T4N 3A6
Dear Mr. Santiago,
Our reputed business organization considers you as one of our beloved customers. This is
the responsibility of our company to share vital information with our customers. This is to
bring in your notice that the company has ended the ‘100 pizzas a year for 100 years’
campaign in Russia (Wischhover, 2018).
There are multiple reasons to put an end to this campaign. The company has analyzed that
customers have perceived the message in a wrong manner. It has initiated the campaign for
the real Domino’s lovers. However, the individuals that have opted for the campaign are
neither loyal customers nor the true pizza lovers. They have merely inked the company’s
tattoo for the sake of gaining lifetime food for a lifetime (Gerken & Zeveleva, 2018).
Additionally, the company is receiving a negative response from the external sources.
According to the report, the high strength of the population is opting to get a dominos tattoo.
From the expert advice, we have come to the solution to cease the campaign within 4 days.
Therefore, it is highly dejected to state that you do not form the part of qualified people for
the deal.
Therefore, the organization expects that you will consider our viewpoint and will not
contribute to negative word of mouth. We offer you the opportunity to reach us for any further
queries and grievances. Kindly assist!
Best Regards,
