This paper deals with the 9 months mandatory military period. The hierarchy in the military unit are
described in this paper. The hierarchy include general major, permanent grade officers, lance
corporal and the soldiers. The article deals with the orientation tool by which the team roles in the
military can be distributed. The various stages of development of team are also discussed in the

and the dynamics theory are discussed. The self perception inventory is the perception of the author
about the roles in the Military. The paper provides various graphs about the self perception
inventory and the other people about the roles in the military. Project team dynamic is very
important for a project. A team need to work together in order to accomplish a target. An individual
performance can be easily beaten by a team work. The report discusses about the 5 stage
development model that includes forming, storming, norming and then adjourning. These five
stages are very important for the teams.

instrument in order to evaluate various roles in a team and evaluates their strength of characters
and satisfaction of job. The findings of the paper support the essential role of strengths of character
in a work environment.
