not clear for which they are performing their task and employees in not motivated for their duties
and it will not possible to achieve their objectives in market.
P5 Different Leadership Approaches To Deal With Change In Organization:
In organization leadership have different role to play which develop and grow organization and
able to compete their competition in market and survive long-term in market so that management
can expand their business. The leadership is very important factor for organization it lead a team
and motivate them to perform their task in best way. The leader is help the employees to make
vision clear after change in drivers of organization (Vieira, et. al. 2018). Tesco's leaders have to
perform various role in organization when ever drivers change in organization then leaders have
responsibility to tell objectives again to all the employees so that they have clear objectives
which help organization to earn profits and develop and grow their business, so that they increase
their revenue. The different leadership which apply in organization are:
Democratic Approach: In this approach leadership is play very vital role in organization
because it help employees to become good decision making process which help to grow their
business and developed in market (Škerlavaj, 2022). In Tesco democratic approach is very
essential for them because it help Tesco to make good decision-making which is very important
for organization for their development and earn profits in organization.
Situational Approach: In this organization have to adopt leadership style according to situation
arise so that they perform their task with more responsibility which help to solve their situation
with best possible way and this leadership style is chosen by all other employees in organization
which they think that on their behalf their representatives can covey their message to high
authorities and fight for them for their rights (Wolberger and Goldman Schuyler, 2018) . In
Tesco organization employees can create their representatives for which they take their rights foe
which employees facing problems and representative have to represent their problem in such a
way that top authorities will accept their proposal and solve the problems.
