INTRODUCTIONExtended relations between two nations relating to the trade and transactions carried outin the two respective economies with a mutual agreement. International business comprises of allcommercial transactions i.e. private and governmental, sales, investments, logistics andtransportation that takes place between two or more regions beyond their political boundaries().The present carried out analysis is based on Airline industry. The further analysis is done on thereport which explains about the relevant drivers of the globalisation. Moreover the strategies forthe industry will also be analysed (Mitchell, 2009). TASK 1The drivers of globalisation are the complex combination of factors which have lead abusiness to look outside their domestic markets for growth opportunities. It is usually acombined effect of just some of these separate factors that have more of gravity rather than thatall of the factors separately. The following are the first three globalisation driver which arefurther analysed :DRIVERS OF GLOBALISATION IN AIRLINES INDUSTRYAirline has been boon to the people who are living in this world. It has became possible due toairlines only that far distances are able to to get covered in lesser period of time (Dlabay andScott, 2010). Airlines Industry has arises as one of the fastest and easiest convenience for theeach class of the society whether it a business class or normal class of the society. With thechange in time the globalisation has taken its own place. Every industry has been hit by theglobalisation so well that the development of any company became really easy. And with the riseof airline industry the globalisation has taken place in the same too. As for any change certainfactors are responsible in the same manner for the growth airline industry globalisation is playingan important role (Hamilton and Webster, 2015). Now, what are the factors or the drivers ofglobalisation in airline industry?TOURISMTourism is one of the major factor for the rise in the airline industry. As every personloves to visit and experience something his own country did not have. And to visit such eyecatching experience the person has to travel from one place to another and for that the convince

plays an important role, here airline helps the people to travel from far distance (Hamilton andWebster, 2015).For an example if a person from London wants to visit Taj=Mahal in India he has to travelabroad and such distance shall not be covered in particular period of time by on road and that isthe reason why people prefer to travel on AIR. It is because of the tourism that many airlinecompany has been established. Tourism is a kind of business which is never going to stopanyway so it became an ongoing process for everybody. Such things helps in upgrading theglobalisation in the industry.GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND TAXESEarlier it was not that easy for everybody to book an Air ticket and to travel on airbecause the expense of the air ticket is much more then any regular convenience. But after someof the policies which have been introduced by the government it became easy for the normalperson too to travel on air (Combs and Nadkarni,2005). A particular relaxation has been given tothe normal class of the society so that every person's pocket can afford the ticket and travel to fardistance. These is one more relaxation given by the government is relief in the taxes, whichdecrease the amount of the ticket by some. Such decrease in the amount shall fit at every pocket. BUSINESS CARRIED ALL OVER THE WORLD.It is a well known fact that most of the people in the world are of business class that isthey are the person who carry their business all over the world and it is not easy for anybusinessmen to carry his business from just one place. Some or the other day the person has totravel from one point to another and for a businessman time is money. That is the reason whyevery business class person prefer to travel on Air rather then any other thing. The facilitieswhich are to be provided under air industry is much more amazing than that of any othertransport. The airline industry has a policy to take care of the comfort of individual in a particularmanner. A business class person always prefer to travel with airline industry rather than anyother transport to save his time and money (Kolk and Tulder,2004).DEVELOPMENT AND THE STRATEGIES IN AIRLINE INDUSTRYThere have been many strategies which have been implemented to the airline industry, for an example building up of good and beautiful airport. Airport is equally important for theAirline Industry. That is why many development program and strategies have been introduced bythe authority in order to maintain the airport and all necessary thing related to Airline industry.

For proper globalisation it is really important to keep the development in process. And to achievethe globalisation in airline industry it is necessary to introduce new strategic plans anddevelopment plan(Kumar and Kundu,2004).CARGO TRANSPORTATIONDue to the airline industry it became really easy for the transportation of cargo from oneplace to another. It is to be taken as a fact that the quantity of cargo which is being carried by oneplane, the same quality is being carried by two to three trucks by road. So it make a conclusionthat to carry cargo transportation from one place to another airline is really important. Cargotransportation include dairy products, food product etc. and it is to well known that in today'stime that the supply of food product is very much important. The export and import of foodproduct is a important task (Acharya and Buzan,2007).TRANPORTATION OF PRODUCTS Various products have been manufactured at various places but the demandof those products come across the world and for exporting such articles in lessertime Airline industry has been arrived as a boon the the manufacturers and thebuyers. For an example a person who is living in London demand for a handicraftitem made in India in limited period of time. For that fast transportation airlineworks really well as it take lesser time to transport the item from one place toanother (Boddewyn,2007). The product shall be transported in a bulk with littletime and lesser costTherefore, there are many more other drivers for the globalisation in airline Industry butwhat really important is is this globalisation is necessary? Due to the increase in the demand forthe airline globalisation has to take place anyway. It make easier for the normal class people tooto afford the facility provided by the airline. It is because of the globalisation only that relaxationon the air tickets and taxes has been given so that a person can afford it. Globalisation in thisindustry promote the tourism directly and indirectly. The business class people who are equallycontributing in economy of the country, Airline Industry made their travel easy and to conducttheir business meetings across the world. Hence it is really important for the airline industry tointroduce some more policies to contribute toward the globalisation (Boddewyn,Toyne andMartínez,2004). Moreover the use of PESTLE is done to analyse the case study:
