2 Executive Summary Du Telecom is one of the leading brand that provides telecom services and this is the main aspect of the management of the telephony and broad band connectivity process. This service was enjoyed by the large scale industries as well as small scale individuals. Du Telecom started their business in 2006 and was efficient enough to penetrate a market that is saturated in nature. Du Telecom was considered to be one of the major reason that the projection of competition among the other established business organization that were present in market before the introduction of Du Technology. Project Management methodology Project Execution Methodology The project methodology that must be implemented is OPM3 methodology. OPM3 methodology is one of the main reason that the prosecution of the management will be performed with the help of constant iteration process. With the help of iteration method the research is performed. OPM3 methodology is one of the main reason that management of the project is performed with the help of the techniques that are used by OPM3 Alternative to the used methodology Usage of Agile methodology can be treated as one of the main reason for the better management of the project. In case the management of the project is performed with the help of iteration the main advantage that will be enjoyed will include the fact that the commencement of the project will be performed with higher accuracy. In case the management of the project is performed with the help of the trial and error methodology and this will ensure the fact that the output that will be received by the Agile methodology will be more accurate in nature
3 Project Management Risk Analysis Risk of the project Team work is considered to be one of the biggest challenge in commencing of the project. The fact that the management of the project gets prosecuted will be having issues regarding the combination of the employees of two different business organization. The aspect that the project that will be undertaken by both Huawei and Du Telecom will be completed by the employees’ of both the organization. This might be acting as one of the major issue in the commencement pf the project [6]. This leads to the fact that the efficiency in completion f the project gets less and this is the sole reason that combining of the employees of the organization is considered to be one of the major challenge. Risk mitigation process Decision making of the organizations also acts as one of the main challenge in the completion of the project. The fact that employees of both the organization will be involved, the main instance that will be occurring includes the fact that the employees of the two different organization will find it difficult to sustain in the business management. Decision that will be taken will include the fact that the management of the process gets undertaken with the help of the understanding of the project management [5]. With fact that there will be collision in the management of the decision making the main issue that will be suffered from will include the factthatthecommencementoftheprojectwillbeprocessedwiththehelpofproper understanding of the terminologies.

In case the decision that is taken by the higher authority of one organization the employees of other organization might not listen to the decision and abide by it. This not following of the decision might decrease the efficiency of the project ï‚·Client handling will be one of the major issue. In case the clients of either organization is not valued by the other organization, business management of the project will be suffer huge losses.
