INTRODUCTION
The term inheritance is concerned with certain genetic characteristics in which the traits
keeps on passing from one generation to another from the parents. This is a essay which will put
emphasis on key human inheritances which must not be reduced in any of circumstances.

When an individual is exposed to the market or any situation of personal life then they
must inherit certain traits and characteristics which gives them potential to stay strong even in
bad circumstances (Yonezawa, Yoshida and Kuboshima, 2016). Not only the business but the
personal life of individual also suffers from various phases and problems. So if there are human
inheritance in the individual then they will be able to deal the problems. The following are some
of the characteristics which an individual must not lose in any of the situation of life.
Confidence is one of the most important human characteristics. It is the source to reach
the success. It depicts that no matter how worse the situation may goes but if there is proper self
confidence then the person can easily cope up with the harsh and adverse effects of life. Self
confidence is something where the person believes that whatever is happening will be easily
managed and handled. There are majority of the people who loose their self confidence and this
leads to destruction of their happy and healthy life. If an individual has this ability then this
means that they are having an immense ability and potential to deal with different events of life
everyday. It is natural feeling which develops in the person either from the inheritance or when
they grow and experience the various events. Some individuals are born with this ability while
some needs to develop this in order to live peaceful life. Those who are have the confidence are
not afraid in any of the condition (Storandt and. et. al., 2014). This is one of the most important
human characteristics which cannot be taught and reached to the person when they trusting
themselves and their actions. Every individual needs to struggle which this characteristics. There
are three phases of self confidence namely, false self confidence where the person talks about
various big situations but cannot do anything when the situation occurs. Temporary self
confidence is one where the individual is given a reward and recognition and this inspires and
boost their morale which induces them to take the risk for the betterment of the future. Lastly,
true self confidence where the individual believes in their potential and capabilities. Their is a

level of trust in them which makes them effective and efficient to take the control of things in
their hands and makes suitable changes and modifications (Sahel, Marazova and Audo, 2015).
The another major characteristics which individual must not loose in bad circumstances is
creativity and innovation. These two terms are different from each other but plays a vital role in
dealing with different business situations. If an individual is creative in nature and have the
ability to deal the different stages of manifest including personal and organisational motives. It is
very crucial that the person needs to creative because in bad situations because this will help
them in coping and developing the strategies which can get back the business and personal life of
the person again on right track. If the individual losses this then, it will very difficult to think the
different alternative and make critical evaluation. If this does not happen then the person will not
be able to deal with the problems and bad circumstances. Apart from this, innovation is another
important inheritance in human being which makes them produce innovative and creative ideas
and practices such that the bad circumstances can be handled and managed effectively and
efficiently. The present business world is highly dynamic in nature where the solution of each
and every problem is concerned with depicting the innovation in working, bringing new ideas in
personal and professional life (Richards, 2016). This characteristics is inherited in human beings
from their parents through which their sharp mind can enhance the new ways of doing work and
dealing with problems in the unique way. The creative and innovative characteristics cannot be
taught to the individuals, it needs to be developed in them by birth or by experiences.

From the above essay, it has been concluded that the dynamism is increasing which is
creating various problems for the humans. During such problems the person must not feel fear,
depressed, rather they must concentrate on certain inherited traits and characteristics that could
generate them in manner so that they can deal with the problems and circumstances with
confidence and creative abilities.
