Executive Summary Leadership is the ability to meet any specific goal of the person that leads to the specified group of people for the attainment of the organizational task. Leadership is an imperative part of an organization as it was the most valuable concept of my life because it supports me for leading a team and makes a favorable conclusion. It offers an opportunity to an individual for effectively communicating with others and supports to get higher competitive benefits. Currently, I lead to the 4 members of the operation department.This reflective section demonstrates my leadership abilities and traits. For increasing the depth knowledge about my leadership, I practiced online source wherein many feedbacks of people have been obtaining towards my skills as it would offer an opportunity to the person to comprehend strengths and weakness of the firm. This reflective reports could also support to comprehend the different methods that will be followed by me to improve my weakness and reach the resalable conclusion. It could also support me in improving my leadership skills. It could also be effective in the attainment of the organizational task. I have also been able to critically examine my leadership styles as well as I am able to evaluate my leadership skills and supports to improve my leadership skills.

Reflection Leadership is processed by which an individual directly contact with the many individuals and leads them accordingly. It will be effective for the attainment of the organizational task in limited resources. I got many opportunities, as it could be associated with leadership as well I observed that the leadership could be effective for reshaping my life and make a reliable decision. The leadership skills could privilege to conduct appropriate behavior with the diverse culture of individuals (Tyssen, Wald, and Spieth, 2014).It is examined that the group leader conferred with many accountabilities that needed to attain (Wolfgramm, Flynn-Coleman, and Conroy, 2015).Moreover, it is examined that the team leader can plan an imperative role in the working place to accomplish the aim and objective of the research matter (Pranesh, et al.,2017).A leader of the firm could be able to develop trust between their workforces and research at a reliable conclusion (Porter-O'Grady and Malloch, 2014).Currently, I work as a team leader in the department of the operation. At that time, 4 people are worked in my under that could be effective in making a reliable conclusion. At the time of leading my team member, I was able to get higher competitive benefits. It is also evaluated that the team leader could make a reliable position of the firm in its particular shareholder to obtain the competitive advantages. It is evaluated that the team leader could also be responsible for communicating with others and meeting the aim and objectives of the research issue. I considered different sources that are considered by me to improve my existing skills and retain my position in the team such as read newspaper, attended many conferences, and social media post. It could be effective for the attainment of the organizational task in the available sources (Nonaka, Hirose, and Takeda, 2016).It is evaluated that such sources could be effective for both external as well as internal shareholders of the organization. I lead an operation department as it could be effective for making reliable data towards the research issue. It is evaluated that these acts are managed by my marketing teams (McKibben, Umstead, and Borders, 2017).I also observed that my team members were not connected with each other than is a major concern for me. For declining this problem, I used the meeting method and entail them in the process of decision making. The major purpose of this study is to use the meeting is that it enables each team member to spend time with each other and reliable conclusion (McCleskey, 2014). Journey of Leadership At the time of leadership journey, I effectively reflect my leadership abilities that played an imperative role in the attainment of the organizational task in limited time-frame. I used a particular leadership style as well as a reliable summary. Furthermore, I practiced the democratic leadership style to lead the group members for reaching a reliable summary. This leadership style
might facilitate to the leader for offering an equal opportunity to the workforces to participate in the decision-making process and give their best contribution (Mainemelis, Kark, and Epitropaki, 2015).It will be effective for reaching a reliable conclusion. This leadership styles might facilitate to the team leader for making a direct relationship with their team member and support to reach a reliable conclusion. It would lead to each member of the group for sustaining their position in the marketplace (Luo, and Liu, 2014).Moreover, it is illustrated that a clear objective could be imperative for the leader to direct each member in one direction. It is stated that the goal setting is an effective tool that is practiced by the firm to facilitate the group leader for making a clear goal in the context of the organizational issue. It could motivate workforces to work effectively. I was the team leader, therefore, I make a target for my team member. It could facilitate to me increase possibilities of getting a reliable outcome. I initially, I made the weekly target but it gives the higher stress among my group member that creates a problem for me. Hence, I conducted a meeting by which I understood that I need to make a target in 15 days for increasing the possibilities of success an eliminate stresses from the team members. It could offer an opportunity for the team leader to meet their goal and build a stress-free team.For eliminating the employee stress form the organization, I used 360-degree feedback method to ensure the performance of the employee and make a decision in the context of the particular situation (Lloyd, Clegg, and Crouch, 2015).Moreover, it is examined that this method could assist the leader in comprehending the weakness of each workforce and make a decision effectively. It could also be examined that the performance appraisal method could also be effective for the leader to understand the actual situation of the individual and give reward to them on the basis of their performance. It could increase the retention level of employees in the working place and supported to make effectively. It is also stated that organization could also use
the motivational tool as it motivates their employee that could enhance the number of the present level of employees that could be an imperative aspect of the dynamic leadership. I always give actual feedback to my team member that could be effective for timely manage their risks and they would be capable to eliminate their issue from the working place (Lehmann-Willenbrock, Meinecke, Rowold, and Kauffeld, 2015). I used the effective theories and approaches of the emotional intelligence, as it facilitates to me for improving my emotional intelligence skills as well as listening skills that could support to obtain higher competitive benefits. Gallup’s strength finder Gallup’s strength finder tool is implemented to examine the drawbacks and strengths of mine, which will lead to making a favorable result. The results supported to me to identify the different strengths and weakness of mine. It could facilitate to affect to the overall development plan of the leadership. Moreover, this tool is effective in directly conversing with others. It could be effective in the attainment of the organizational task (Kostovski, Bojadjiev, and Buldioska, 2015).Moreover, the primary purpose of Gallup’s test is effective in conversing with other people. From the findings, I also observed that I was calm in nature that supports to me for making a positive relationship with others. This technique could be imperative for making a decision with respect to the current matter (Koryak, et al., 2015).I was capable to easily talk with others and never easily influenced by any situation that would be imperative in the attainment of organizational goal. It is also stated that I read many books, journals towards the research issue. Leadership development plan The plan of leadership could be effective in providing an opportunity to determine my abilities, drawbacks, and strengths with respect to leadership skills. It could facilitate to meet the short term and long-term goal. It could be effective in the attainment of the organizational task (Hall, and Rowland, 2016).It could be effective in declining my weakness and supported to being an effective successful leader. I used Whittman GROW model in the declining weakness of mine and help to get a favorable outcome. Goal setting (G):
Initially, I determined both short and long-term objectives, which supports to work in one of the direction and meet the team goal. In the upcoming 9 months, our group will be tried to meet a group goal and make a feasible result. I tried to enlarge my team in the upcoming 3 months by increasing the number of individuals in the group. It could be imperative in the attainment of the organizational goal in the specified time and cost (Foti, et al., 2017). Reality (R): From the evaluation of this factor, it is stated that eight employees or members are worked under on me. I lead them for working on the same goal to meet the aim and objectives of the research matter. I supported to make a favorable decision in the context of the current matter. I observed that the communication section could support the organizational section that could be effective in the attainment of the organizational task. Therefore, the firm would be able to be a successful leader in the upcoming period. I requested to assure each member and promote each every member who is the part of the team. My team member could offer me positive feedback towards the leadership style. My one colleague suggested me to apply autocratic leadership to make a reliable decision in the context of the current situation and increase the success rate of the organizational task. My group member could requisite to directly communication with each other for solving the group issue as it could also support teamwork that could directly impact on the organizational performance. Obstacles (O): The main problem that was faced by me was immense competition level for the leadership as well as promotions in the company (Foti, et al., 2017).My organization has selected the graduates that are unaware of the practical work that directly impacts on the overall performance
of the organization. Hence, it is effective for the firm to improve the skills of leaders to work accordingly. It is examined that the operation department needed effective communication but it was typical for me to effectively converse with my team members and suggest them accordingly (Bligh, 2017).It is also evaluated that the operation department could directly affect the overall performance of the organization. Thirdly, the operation department is effective in getting reliable information about the research issue (Ford and Harding, 2018).It could be effective for the attainment of the organizational task (Wolfgramm, Flynn-Coleman, and Conroy, 2015).In addition, it is evaluated that the operation department of the firm could be an imperative part of the firm hence organization should need to concentrate on this factor for operating their business in a suitable direction. On the other side, it is examined that each employee has not aware of their roles that could create a problem for the firm for operating the business activities and make a decision effectively. It is examined that as a group leader my approach and style is completely different as compared to the other leader (Pranesh, et al., 2017).I face sometimes difficult as I never ever say no that increase the number of tasks. It is examined that the decision-making skills could give me an opportunity to the leaders to effectively manage the task and supports to get higher competitive benefits (Baltaci and Balcı, 2017). Moreover, I worked hard on improving the performance of my team member as it could be possible by improving my effective planning. I would continuously would on improving my existing performance, develop a transparent culture of communication. It could also be effective in improving the performance of the organization (Sotarauta, 2016).It could inspire me for motivating my group member to effectively operate the business activity and meet
the aim and objectives of the research issue. I have decided 2 years of the time period for improving my leadership plan and support get higher competitive benefits. Conclusion With respect to the above interpretation, it can be summarized that leadership is the capability of leading to a huge number of people and influence them. This skill is effective for inspiring, directing, and motivating each employee to get higher competitive benefits. It is stated that the team leader could directly impact on the organizational performance of the firm. I achieved more than 160% of the target that I have targeted before to work on it. I completed all activities and meet my decided aim and objectives of the research issue. It can also be summarized some each leader has their own leadership style that could directly impact on the overall outcome of the organization. A leader completes their task by considering their own way that meets their certain accountabilities to meet the aim and objectives of the research matter. A leader could have accountabilities as well as works to meet the particular aim. With respect to meet research objectives, I would concentrate on certain performance for improving mine as well as my team performance. It can also be concluded that the leader could be accountable to found the leadership style that which one will be suitable for the organization.
