A brief description of the results
Restorative
I am restorative in nature which means that I am good at dealing with many problems. I
will always be able to take up the challenges that come in my way and solve them without
getting afraid.
Consistency
I am also having this particular quality within me. Being consistent in nature will always
help an individual to treat people in a proper way (Heslin & Keating, 2017). I will be able to take
care of all the issues that are arising with my team members.
Learner
I have got from my Gallup strength result that I am a strategic learner. In other words,
this will be very helpful for me to learn all my lessons in a proper way. I always like to go by the
theory of constructivism. This theory helps aspiring managers to learn from practical situations
(Bada & Olusegun., 2015).
Discipline
I am deeply rooted in rules and structure. I always try to abide by the rules so that I can
finish all the assigned works within the given deadline.

Input
I have an intense urge to learning new things. I am always keen in understanding the
different aspects taking place around me in my personal and also in my professional
environment.
The psychometric test Finder has been very useful as it helped me to get the right kind of
test results and understand the quality that is present within me. I will be able to understand the
current strengths and the weaknesses that are present within me. This will also be very useful for
becoming a true leader in the near future.
Your initial reactions to your results
I have found a connection that I am really a strategic learner. Initial reactions must be
recorded so that learners can later relate with them while developing improvement strategies
(Fink et al., 2016).
Current and future leadership strength
My current leadership strength is good because I can act with proper empathy. I always
make sure that I am being able to make updates about the whereabouts of all my team members.
I have a proper decision making the skill. I make sure that I am giving them all the domain skill
and proper support so that they can carry on with their work properly.
