Details of the two subsidies of Essesndon
EnzymeTech:-
EnzymeTech provide Enzymes to special food industry customers around
the world. The business opened up many Enzyme applications in the
food manufacturing sector. The EnzymeTech R&D is known for its
exploration and commercialization of modified Enzyme solutions.
Essendon Emulsifiers:-
The company has acknowledged more than a few recommendation to
set up an organizational joint undertaking that target the Asian
Emulsifier market. some companies are keen on team up and setting up
an their centre in Singapore where the government rules are
constructive for this kind strategy. the government is actively support
such investments.

Yearly strategic meeting:-
In every year this company organize a meeting which is very
much helpful for creating the next strategic plan. But in this year
the employees and EFS strategic planning team did not look that
well . The main participant of EnzymeTech are increasing newer
products quicker and inexpensive. EnzymeTech will face
important difficulties in some years. The condition of Essendon is
far not as good as previous. According to the executives if the
present trend carries on, the company may facing some
difficulties.
The newly appoint CFO , and two directors are organizing a close
door meeting. According to the executive meeting Jonathan
wants to turned out this company very quickly. He propose that
this company should appoint Michael Ray as chief executive
officer. The newly appoint CEO easily manage this situations very
efficiently. But other director Henry are not satisfied these
proposal because Michael is not an experience CEO. He can not
able to handle this problem. He wants to employ outsider who
understand the problem in very quickly. Newly appoint CFO also
agreed Henry's decision but Jonathon are little bit confused .
