Introduction
In today's time, things are moving very fast and traditional way of working is disrupted. It is
necessary for organizations to adopt a flexible and fast shifting market and social level trends.
Team dynamics is a psychological power that influence team direction, performance, and
behavior. According to (Warner, et al., 2012) it is created by team nature, working
relations with other people and the environment in which team works. The team dynamic is a
very important part as it improves performance and provides the best result out of individuals
in team. (Dyer & Gibb, 2015) Referred that dynamic of a team is the willingness and ability
to work in an interdependent way and need to rely on other team members to achieve goals of
the team.
Generating values in business and solving the needs of customers should be done in an active
way. Teamwork follows a trend to evaluate metrics and work with customers to deliver
relevant content and the best possible experiences. Agile has provided a framework to work
productively and effectively to save cost. Design thinking supports a customer-centric
approach and provides surety to solve the problems. Values within the organization allows to
have a good impact on organization for long term success by creating the most values for
community. Agile development was eventually imagined to clustered teams and helps to keep
the idea with most effective and efficient methods to convey information by team
development and work proximity. In today's time organizations has several distributed teams.
It helps to present and make a good sense. (Georgiadis, 2014) Described that this kind of
team can work on projects and help to find strong talent in competitive markets.
(Moura, 2013) Evaluate that architecture dictates modular design it help to structure the
teams in the way to get high success. It is necessary to develop technology to minimize the
amount of collaboration that focuses on the point’s integration. Code reviews present an
important part of distributing knowledge of code with easy step to solve issues and gain
cross-team reviews. Open communication is helpful to build a dynamic of a team with the
right to make successful decisions. There is also some boundaries like money, choices, time,
and so on. It is necessary to give power to the team for making a final decision. This develops
confidence and feeling of strength that emerge that team is ready for empowerment towards
completion of work.
(Kachaner, et al., 2012) Referred that in today’s time modern organization is structured in
a way to work on specific tasks. The level of dependency is lower and the team is

independent to manage and develop a project. It also reduces the collaboration of groups in
different time zones. Teams are distributed according to different time zones to manage
issues of production. These issues are solved by an online team in particular time zones and
by other teams in different time zones that are offline on the time of issue. It is generally
associated that all department of an organization influence culture with the most effective,
cost-saving, and innovative workflows. It is necessary to set team dynamics as it cultivates
many benefits to adopt a mindset for the goals of an organization.
(Feng & Maitlis, 2014) Argued that working in a sprints helps to adjust and evaluate entire
work to complete with correction. Higher efficiency enables team to work more effectively
with things that matter most. Alignment of an organization should be based on objectives
with contributions. Results are transparent and communication between the departments of an
organization build by cohesiveness. Small tests measure result to make more capable to
invest time and effective campaigns. It is essential to develop a method for continuous
improvement. Dynamic of a team is established by teamwork and move fast with
experiments, ideas, and tests. Team dynamic creates a trust that is a critical element for
success. The work within the team is passed by employees with rapport connection and build
a great culture by increase morale of employees. This encourages employees to interact and
learn more with a personal connection and improve productivity and collaboration.
(Fredrik & Wllnofer, 2012) Referred that in the operations of a business it is essential to
have a strong rapport across the team. Personal connection within the team increase trust and
reduce missed expectations. This boosts morale and eases self-organization. An organization
like Atlassian has developed an approach that every new employee post an “intro blog” on
internal confluence instance. This introduces new hires professionally and helps to bridge the
gap among offices. The “intro blog” includes hobbies, interests, family, and so on. This fills
the gap between team and team works in a stronger way. Organization for building and
enhancing team dynamic have face to face meeting and benefit from regular face time as it
consists video conferencing. This does a proportion to bridge gap between teams and
especially identify to aware from certain limitations. It permits for small window of
communication and delivers important visibility to world opportunities, success, and
challenges. These are less formal and support to facilitate information sharing in casual way
and members of team use chances to work better and build rapport together.
