INTRODUCTION Mental health is defined as the state of individual which is related with the wellness. It is usually seen due to the academic pressure and stress which may create the issue of mental health among the undergraduate student. In this report, the major of discussion is based on the dyslexia as a mental health issue which may affect the undergraduate student within the college within the country (Adamu and Soykan, 2019). MAIN BODY Dyslexia is defined as the learning disability which make the thing hard which is associated with the children and undergraduate student. The stress and the workload which is associated with college is also a challenging aspect for the student with the dyslexia, but they are usually prepare this with the help of practicing by using the reading strategies and tool which is used in such a way which is in high school. Moreover, college student is dealing with the dyslexia which is showing the prevalence of 4 percent that the student is used to face the issue with their course and formulating the learning. The dyslexia require carful aspect in order to manage the time. They usually keeping the detail schedule and blocking off time to the aspect of study which can help to student in order to ensure that they do not get behind. It is also assist them with the reference to time and make the plan accordingly. The reading comprehensive is also a useful aspect which is challenging for the college student in order to more aspect of dyslexia. In context with the student difficulties which is related with the dyslexia may generate the issue in the reading. There is a cumulative technique which paly role within the challenge which is face by student is called SQR3 method which help the student in the effective ways (Al-Zoubi and Suhail, 2020). This method is functional and play vital role within the college student. Moreover, the student is usually used this method with the start of looking over the text in order to preview what is coming and that must be prevented that act as barrier. The student is used to look on their question which they are expect to the text to answer and read with the goals of finding towards 1
the answer. Moreover, they are usually show the aspect which is active in term of tool with the goals of finding those answer. It is usually active towards the reading tool which can help the student to understand that what they are usually reading that is easy. In this, the parent also used to take participation in order to develop some of the approach which include motivation and encourage the student to deal with the difficulties which is arises due to the mental illness of dyslexia. The proper use of SQR3 method in college develop quality within the learning and gaining the knowledge which is functional and appropriate for the student with dyslexia (Ashraf and Najam, 2020). There are some of the other tool which is help the student in order to gain the learning disabilities. For example, the student is used to get software which is based on the aspect of reading which is assign in the assignment. The disability service is also provided to the college student in term of some method or by use of software and even training to use it. Therefore, it also analyses within the aspect of student in order to practice these tool before the collage used to start that may create the issue which is ready the work that is more challenging (Cappelli and et. al., 2018). In addition, student with the aspect of dyslexia they may usually find more difficulties in reading. In this, they are usually just unfamiliar with the aspect to classmate do. Therefore, the challenge is with the level of many text which can be leap from the what the student are usually accustomed in the high school. Secondly, the vocabulary which may be more sophisticated and unfamiliar. In addition, the undergraduate student is usually face wide number of difficulties when they are living with the dyslexia.
