In this report, JB HI-FI Company has been taken intoconsideration. It is an Australian electronic goods selling company. This company has installedcyber computing enterprises resources planning system in their business functioning which willhelp clients to shop online through its developed dashboards. This cyber computing enterprisesresources planning system in their business functioning will also increase the overallcommunication between employees to employees and employees to clients. The operatingsystem of JB-HI-FI is completely based on the cyber computing enterprises resources planningsystem in which all the works are segregated to different departments such as functional,budgetary, matrix project department. It is evaluated that clients’ needs and demand have beenchanging throughout the time (Gerow, et al. 2014). Many retails stores such as Wesfarmers, RedBallon and Dhaka have adopted cyber computing enterprises resources planning system in theirbusiness functioning so that they could take their business online and create effective brandimage in clients.
