Introduction
The use of the technology is bringing the new scopes in the business of the
organization. It has been seen that the use of technology is applied through the application of
the e-commerce in the business organization. The main objective for the application of the e-
commerce is that it can bring the flexibility in the business of the organization. Apart from
that the consumers can choose the products accordingly (Soto-Acosta, Popa and Palacios-
Marqués 2016). The organizations can also enjoy some of the advantages like mitigation of
the overhead cost and the showcasing large number of products to the consumers.
The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the perspective of the business
organizations where the implementation of the e-business system has to be developed from
the scratch. There are some advantages and challenges regarding this implementation. The
conclusion is drawn from the factors derived from the discussion.
Discussion
The organization selected for the migration in the e-commerce is the organic food and
beverage company operated in UK. The company is run by a family. The food items are
delivered to the local customers. As the organization delivered food and beverages of
standard quality the products of the organization is getting popular. Apart from that the
company is getting famous locally. In this context, the organization is thinking to expand the
business in the other parts of the country. In order to expand the business the organization is
taking the step for that will allow the organization to conduct the business through e-
commerce platform (Vysotska, Hasko and Kuchkovskiy 2015). Certain things are needed to
be considered during the development of the e-commerce business. It has been seen that the
selected organization does not have any existing e-commerce business planning , in this

situation, there are certain challenges those can be faced by the organization while
development of the e-commerce business.
Impacts on the organization
The impacts of the e-commerce organization can be both positive and negative for the
organic business. Farm. Before the starting of the business, there are certain things those are
needed to be considered for the organization. As the organization is conducting the business
through the e-commerce platform for the first time, the organization has to indulge some of
the technical experts. Apart from that it has been seen the operations of the organization is
conducted among the locality.in this case, the organization producing the organic products
does not have a proper name. At the initial stage the organization has to choose a name of the
organization so that the name can represent the organization in the e-commerce platform. The
impacts of the e-commerce system on this business organization are-
Flexibility in the business: Through the implementation of the e-business, the
organization can showcase the products to the large number of the consumers. Apart from
that the consumers can choose the products through the e-commerce business site of the
organization. The access can be done at any time and from any place. The order can be
placed at any time and the time of the delivery will be informed to the consumers through the
portal. This will make the whole business process flexible enough.
Better marketing : From the implementation of the e-business in the organization, the
company can do better marketing. This can be done through the digital marketing process.
The organization can showcase its products through the social media platform and the digital
media. This will help the organization to reach to the large number of consumers within a
small time span. Apart from that, the consumers can access the products and place the orders
