Abstract
This report includes the use of E-commerce technologies within the organisation, and
their working system for the growth and systematic changes in the company due to the variant
aspects of the external factors. Due to Covid-19 crises, most of the companies are related to work
in different circumstances and make effective E-commerce facilities that make relevant growth
in online and Offline services. Due to the crises of Covid-19 impact, the expansion and use of E-
commerce technologies the market is needed to be highlighted for the survival in market. The
use of digital transformation within the company is basically related to achieve and make
effective growth in the companies. This report show the use of online and offline market positive
and negative impact, different challenges face by the company when they work online. Different
tools has been used by the company to provide effective online services in market.

The use of technologies within the market as per their need and customer demand, as this
will be helpful for the companies to overcome the issues and make changes in their internal
factors. There are different factors and growth which are needed to be analysed though online
and offline ventures for the use of effective communication technologies as per the effective
sources (Beckers and et.al., 2021). This report includes the information that is related to online
and offline products and services differences. Further, this will be related to the positive and
negative aspect of the products, challenges and measures taken by security and privacy aspect of
the chosen business through online and offline sources. In last, the two tools have been discussed
that help the company to make their business online and provide relevant services in the market.

At the time of working at online or offline within the company needs to work and make
effective changes. There are different negative and positive impact on the company of online and
offline ventures that make an effect on the growth of the companies in an appropriate manner.
