Executive summary
The report talks about infusing technology into learning and in the early years of the
structure, the institutions have engrossed on getting tutors prepared for an environment
where every learner has at least one technology expedient at their fingertips. The digital
gears are engaging and inspiring learners and teachers being excited about the
variations they see in the learning industry. The one-to-one computing atmosphere
engraves the educational experience for learners. Tutors can modify learning, designing
organized activities focused on a learner’s strengths and faintness. The virtual setting
lends itself to a merged approach to teaching and the capability to cooperate with other
tutors in creating assignments that connect syllabuses so that learning is more
expressive and relevant. Various tools that assist in e-learning are well described in the
report, and their benefits also discussed which in turns helps the administration in
getting knowledge about them. These tools are well analyzed and the most effective
considered to be installed in the predetermined online platform (Graham & Sura 2014,
p87). Technology evolution in our daily lives also is entitled in the report and how the
evolution aspect plays a vital role in e-learning platform. The online platform mainly is
enhanced by the technology in the universe, and if an institution is technologically
outdated, it will be difficult to install an effective e-learning platform. Customer support in
e-learning platform also is discussed in the report and how the aspect should be
handled hence ensuring satisfaction to the users of the platforms. Colleges and other
learning institutions should install e-learning platforms in their curriculums.

INTRODUCTION
The report below describes the creation of an e-learning platform in a college and other
learning institutions. The report finds time to explain the benefits of the e-learning
platform as compare to the traditional face-face learning platform. In creating an online
learning platform, various recommendations are described to the administration and
how these recommendations will assist in creating a supportive learning platform that
will help students and tutors in interacting effectively. E-learning is interactive in that
learners can communicate with his/her tutor, professors or other students in the same
course. Sometimes it is conveyed live, where a learner/tutor can “electronically” raise
his/her concern and interact in real time and occasionally it is a lecture that has been
recorded (Gaebel et al. 2014). There is always a tutor or professor interrelating
/communicating with learners and grading their participation, assignments and their
tests. E-Learning has been confirmed to be a successful technique of learning and
education is turning a way of life for several students/learners.
