ď‚· Contribution to project: In this context, I have performed various activities to maintain a
continuous communication with my team members. These activities and out regular
communication regarding the project made to keep focusing on the project. I have gone
though many of the activities such as meeting or group discussions but it is necessary to
unnecessary data and do not waste time in giving unnecessary data.

ď‚· Undertaken Work: Team communication risk review
ď‚· Understanding on the basis of artefacts: Communication plays a significant role in the
team management and their coordination. Communication provides strength to
performance of the work they during the whole project development life cycle help in
reducing the risk. Communication of the team is not just internal; it is also cross verified
with the stakeholders to maintain a continuous relationship with the stakeholders. It
necessary to maintain good relationship and communication with every person associated
to the project. I think that better communication provide reduction in conflict and risk
between the team members.
ď‚· Communication skills and information literacy: Team communication skills are
required for the better communication and in addition to this one also know the ethical
behavior they possess during working with the team members.
ď‚· Technical literacy as demonstrated by the collection of items: Here I have used the
technique of team management analysis with which I learned about the different
techniques that makes the communication between team members good enough for
effective results and to evaluate the possible risk.

what way it is going to happen. There can be issues and risk regarding the
