When I started studying business management I face
lots of difficulty and problem, I feel nervous, because I
am not able to communicate with people because there
are belong to different countries and they having
different language, so it is little bit tough for me to
communicate with them. But after week, when I know
the meaning of business management, which means
analysing the business operations and reviewing the
projects which helping the employees to achieve the
target of the organisation effectively and efficiently. I
analyse that it is very important for the personal
development too, along with it also teach the culture
behaviour. Because culture shows that it is not only
positioning the power, but it also helps to drive the
employee’s satisfaction. This is very beneficial for the
company growth. When I decide that I am doing my
degree with business management, I feel nervous that,
what types of environment I face, and how I handle
myself in this situation, this is good decision or not.
But after sometime I see positive change on myself
now, I fell more confident and motivated, because
when I start talking with new peoples who belong with
different culture. Teaching me allot of things and I also
gain knowledge about various culture. Business

During the time of study, our class teacher gives team
assignment for the students and also giving team
presentation which is related to the business
management. After this news I feel so demotivated,
because my team members are more intelligent and
knowledgeable as compare to me. But when I start
working with them, I am so happy and grateful to
having this team mates and friends, they help me allot.
We decide to doing group study and attend seminars,
so that we can better understand the topic, this thing
helps me allow, along with they also support me very
much. They ask questions related to the assessment for
teaching me, and also appraise me when I give right
answer. But if inn case I give wrong answer, so they
teach me the correct way, they need feel, me down that
I am week in this subject they always appreciate me to
improving myself., We all are doing discussions while
we are studying together and try to solve the quire
without felling me dumb, they give me their notes too.
