I think that having a similarity index can affect the overall quality of a report. My
similarity score was not very high but it can be said that it was up to a significant level (Jones
and et.al., 2021). In order to improve it, I should focus on citing the sources properly and avoid
the over-use of quotations. Besides this, I will also focus on ensuring that my own words are not
too similar to the original text. This would help me in reducing the overall similarity index in my
work. Another way in which I can improve my similarity index next time is by paraphrasing the
content accurately and avoiding copying word to word. This is because it can affect the overall
