While taking this course into consideration I
have several cultural and behavioral
expectations. It is very important for me to
understand the various skills which are
required to be an effective and efficient
manager in future. This course is helpful for
me in understanding and gaining knowledge
related to business management. The culture
aspect is related to the values and the norms
which need to be followed in order to conduct
any business. I have high expectations from
this module as this will help me in understand
the strategic principles and skills which are
required in day to day activities. Also I have
expectations that I need to change my
behavior in order to be successful for the
future growth and development. I will get a
deep understanding of several management
