While learning in business management school, it
is always expected from the students to have
proper time management skill system with an
ability to work in teams tasks and with the other
fellow students that are learning in the same
business management school. It is also expected
that the students build good relationship not only
with the teacher in the school but with other
students as well. This is needed to complete their
assignments and group projects on timely basis.
Good relationship with the teachers helps students
to solve their issues easily in school.
The students should also maintain the cultural
harmony and unity between them because unity is
the sign of business management school (Fithriani,
2018). All the business management schools have
proper schedule of their classes, group
assignment, team projects that need to follow by
the students learning in the school. Professors and

Strength.
The time management skill is my
strength that has always helped me to
complete all the assignments and the
group tasks on timely basis.
Further, my skill of communication has
always been my key strength and the
skill of Communication will help me
here to interact with other students and
with the teachers that are going to solve
my problems easily in the school.
Problem solving attitude is other
strength of mine as I have always been
able to solve my real life and school

Weaknesses.
Stressing out all the time is the major
weakness of mine that has always impacted
my quality of work negatively. More
responsibilities often lead me to stress out
and that has in turn increased my anxiety
while working.
Presenting any presentation in full of the
class always makes me nervous and gives
me anxiety that decreases my confidence
level.
I always tries to work in rush and that
