INTRODUCTION
The aim of the research is to present the findings on strategies that companies use in order to
attract and retain talented people into organisation. Talent management is significant for
organisations that look to get success and growth for long term. There is need for talented and
skilful that contribute in success of organisation so that, organisation needs to follow appropriate
strategies in order to make employees welfare so that they would not leave the organisation and
work with more dedication(Festus, and Asawo, 2020) . The project is based on Asda, a well-
known Supermarket of United Kingdom which sells home grocery products at a reasonable price
stop the company was established in 1949 and serve number of varieties into many parts of the
world. This project is going to evaluate the need of talented employees and strategies by
conducting primary and secondary research through literature review and questionnaire
respectively(Hajkazemian, and Kamali, 2018). Also, project planning and reflection will also
going to be present about the hurdles regarding completion of project.

“To analyse strategies that helps in employee retention for longer period and welcome
new talent into organisation.”
Objectives:
To study the meaning of talent management

To evaluate strategies that contributes in employee retention within organisation.
