It can be said that the Education that is received by an individual when they are children.
It can be said factors such as communication, language literacy, bilingual capabilities and
multilingual capabilities determine the effectiveness of the process of the learning that is catered
to by the individual while they aim to cater to the needs associated with education. It must be
recognized by the teachers and educations providers carry out some strategies while they are
carrying out operation as per the requirement the learners. Depending on the needs of the student
or the learner, the style of communication should be adjudged and action plans should be carried
out be developed in order to cater to the needs associated with the latter. The aim of this paper is
to critically evaluate the contemporary approaches that are dedicated towards the development of
activities of the teachers. The practices that are carried out by the latter, depending on the needs,
nature and the language literacy of the students will be evaluated apart from discussion regarding
the importance of the diverse learners on the use of an optimal form of language that can help the
teachers in satiating the learning needs of students.
Communicative approach made by the teachers owes a lot to the students of the early
childhood. To them teaching with a right approach is very important as there are certain factors
that needs to be highlighted and have to be made clear to the students for the first time. Thus the
number of the students also matters as there are certain factors based on which the development
if the communication among them. The communicative skills needs to be developed by eth e
students and the factor has to be initiated by the teacher with a certain approach that the student
feels drawn to the matter and takes interest in it (Roskos, 2017). Certain communicative
approaches that needs to be adopted by the teacher can be- by beginning, starting or emerging of
relations among the students, the teachers and among their parents as well, then by applying the
and doing a purposive research along with the students so that they become able to understand

the reasons and the necessity and the importance for developing communicative skills in class.
Working practical projects together can boost the communicative skills within the students that
has been encouraged a lot these days. Group activities are always fun and result to development
of not only powerful skills but also important personality factors, therefore this is very much
essential for the students specially those who are studying the in a diverse class belonging from
early childhood (Fellowes & Oakleyc, 2011).
Students belonging form early childhood need to be aware of their language in which
they will be speaking that is the number of the language and the mode of the communication is
understood previously which will help the teacher in assessing the mode of the teaching and thus
developing their approach. The usage and the importance of the language is a vital factor as the
use of the language is very important to make communication which is an essential means to
learn and to proceed with the student and the lessons of the students. The students are made give
importance to their mother tongue and practice talking in that language, also the type of the
language selected by the students’ family is very important for the teacher to follow that is the
consideration of the first, second and third language (Newman, Arthur, Staples & Woodrow,
2016).
Literacy is a vital factor for which the family of the students will be aiming for in their
early childhoods. Factors need to assess according to the mode of the development of the student
as well as their ability to grasp the studies and also to learn fast. Thus the students are mainly
taught by following several modules that will help them to work in a group and also be in a
schedule and be in the mode of learning a process will be important for the student to learn
quickly and easily (Elango, García, Heckman & Hojman, 2015). These methods and modules are
followed and also are frequently changed and revised specially to analyze the students’
