This means that in respect to supervise the children, it is important to develop safe
atmosphere, evaluates, monitor, under and implement effective norms etc. It is important and
essentially needed for all teacher to create a safe environment for student where all the tools
and teaching equipment’s such as games, projectors etc. should need to be properly arranged
to reduce the chances of accidents. Analysing, understanding and implementing the effective
education is also vital to understand and lead better learning in the students. Along with this,
ensuring effective enthusiasm as well as motivation for the child is also important to ensures
the reduction in the stress., Beside this, effective communication level is also being need to
be ensured and implicated by the teachers and supervisors to endure the better sharing of the
thoughts of the students. Further, implication and meeting of the national quality standard 4 is
also tend to be important and vital as it the organisation of educators across the service
supports children's learning and development along with making every effort that is made for
children to experience continuity of educators at the service.

observing the warning provided with toys and safety information can be read in efficiently.

Engineering control: It decreases the risk via the engineering alterations or alterations
to the system of work.
Administrative control: It can include the low level of protection as well as having a
less reliable controls. Using administrative actions in order to reduce the exposure
towards hazards as well as to decrease the specific harm levels.
Personal protective equipment: In this, through having the personal protective

According to NQF, Ratios are calculated across the whole service (not by individual rooms).
This gives providers the flexibility to respond to ensure educators are allocated appropriately
based on the age and needs of children in the service.
