Natalia and a welcoming environment
I. The physical environment Natalia can be taken to parks, where her
wounds would be healed. She can also
be taken to her mother’s place. She can
discuss the issues with her mother and
lead a peaceful life4.
II. Family involvement Involving parents would help Natalia to
divert her mind into other than tensions
of children’s care. Organizing family
events would be an innovative way for
discussing the matters. These events
would be increased her contacts with
many people, reducing the worries
related to child care5.
III. Communication with the family Family discussions would broaden
Natalia’s perspectives. This would make
her confuse as the relatives would
bestow differing solutions. She needs to

1. Disseminating crucial information
I would inform Natalia that she can contact at the emergency number of the care
centre. Upon contacting, she can get her questions answered from the customer care
executive. Here, the option of video calling would assure her of her child’s safety, security
and comfort. In case of George, it is my duty to hand over the lesson plans, which have been
prepared for the parents.
2. Feedbacks
Feedback from Natalia is crucial in terms of assessing the quality of the services, which
are being provided by the care centre. For this, the method of survey questionnaire can be
used. The following questions can be included:
 How does Bianca behave after coming back from the care centre?
 Did you notice any strange behave within her in these days?
 Are you satisfied with the quality of the care, which is being provided to your child?
