INTRODUCTION
Early childhood education and care entails the regulated, organized preparation which
majorly provides sound education and early care that is required for their growth. In addition,
this is the care that is provided from the very beginning that is from birth to their compulsory
primary school ages. Children are vulnerable and require extra care and education form the very
beginning of their early age so that they grow and develop fruitfully in their lives (Alila,
Ukkonen-Mikkola and Kangas, 2022). Early childhood care and education depicts the major
factors of the environment which are associated with the positive results of the social and
academic development. Children are directed towards positive learning and early childhood care
and education with quality education and care which is provided with this structured program.

According to the author, the nation-wide kindergarten provision in the process of early
childhood education and care and the rapid incline in children rearing services. Early childhood
education and their necessary early care bring forth the qualities of life living the social and
personal life. This entails the early childhood education. Children’s parents generally recognize
the quality of education which is accompanied with hallmarks of quality education, they
associate quality with the educators, their characteristics of providing the children care. For
parents, their children’s safety is very crucial so the seek a healthy environment for their child
and want that they are provided with efficient and quality education, learning and care. Parents
identify the bright, airy, very warm and welcoming learning environment so that their child is
accomplished with efficient academic and social education (Chapman, 2022). Colourful and
joyful environment where the child is more comfortable in, so the educators must provide a safe
environment for their child to efficiently gain knowledge playfully. Parent involvement in child
rearing is very crucial as the child is very comfortable with their loved ones and they are more

efficient in providing their children a happy joyful environment. They help in extending the
coaching outside their homes too. Likewise, the educators create a room for the children to create
a more positive vibe within the classroom. The educator must provide an early education
systematized program so that the child is more efficient in working with their tutor and loves to
acquire different knowledge from their learner. Educators in early childhood education and their
care helps children performs the better organized learning techniques to let children better
understand the studies when they are in learning premise. It is vital for the parents to aid, support
their children with learning guidelines from the very beginning of their early ages so that they are
more efficient inn learning the social and academic domains clearly and their efficiency in life.
The parents describe the high-quality child rearing care as a space in which their child is happy,
joyful, their happily makes new friends, makes good interaction with their new friends, and has
interesting and experiences positive experiences in their lives.

that they satisfy the demographic and structured educational programs. Health and safety are the
most important factor that any parents look in the quality educational rearing processes. Health is
the most determining factor and the other associated determinants entails the program
characteristics, their physical environment for the children, and healthy evaluation processes,
