Context Your ability to work with children in ways that raise awareness of Aboriginal
culture
The following
is a description
of what
happened.
According to the Julie King (2013) in context to the raising awareness of the
Aboriginal culture, that is importance to have the knowledge of effective
communication skills and practice methods. That is also important for the
practitioner to be aware about the history of the white and Aboriginals
engagement and their culture. They should also possess the knowledge of the
cultural safety. There should be the development of the respectfulness
relationship between the community (McAdam, 2019).
Critical
reflection
For this study I have analysed that as teacher that is my responsibility to
increase the awareness of the aboriginal culture and for this I should posse or
develop the key skills of the effective communication so that I can make
student understand it clearly, then in other hand one of the most important
thing is the knowledge of the Aboriginals cultural, white engagement history.
Practitioner must focus on building the effective and respectful relationship
with the community through which we can make the clear understanding of
the culture and explain it the students.
Theory,
ideologies and
ethical practice
Modern child development theory and the social work theory are key
theories of the child education according to which culture play important role
in the child senses identity and belongingness, with guidance of this teacher
must educate children about culture. In the social work theory this agreeable
with the ecological perspective, this is suggesting that all people are living
beings for them culture is the key mediator between people and their social
environment. With the influence of which education system focus on the
cultural education of the student (Bloemraad, I., 2018).
Two teaching

The key teaching standards in context to the cultural teaching are research-
based approach, know your students and how they learn. Know the content
and how to teach it. CRT culturally responsive teaching is one of the most
important teaching standard according to that teacher must research to
make the meaningful connections between what student learn in school and
their culture.

In context to the effective education of the children about the Aboriginals
and other key culture of the nation, key goals for the own professional
practice is can be development of the communication skills, cultural
awareness, historical knowledge development and cultural safety skills along
with the improvement of relationship building skills. I will make sure that I
work hard with my professional development for improving these skills.

Form the overall study it has been analysed that as a teacher I have to be
clear kind and use relevant information for the children’s cultural education,
for which I have to make research and in context to the success of this task
and improvement of the future performance in same task I have to be
effective with the development of key skills such as communication, research,

The following
is a description
of what
happened.
. There was less explicit conceptualisation about the pedagogical
leading encompasses. In this, it has been observed that there is
uncertainty along with frustration within many principles who are not
having sure that they should turn expectancies into practical leading
actions. In this, with the help of collaboration and partnership, this
allows to get better learning about the teaching to children.

In this, article there is information about exploring the pedagogical
leading which provide the method to choose and analyse process and
result. There is partnership between universities along with practitioners
which are important for the professional development which can allow
to delivery their effective services to student for their better education
and learning. This includes the trustworthy relationship which allow to
promote professional learning along with capacity which build amongst
within both parties.

practice which allow to collaborate with educational professionals and
practitioners which allow for the professional development. This is
effective and due to ethical practice it allows professional to develop
their skills that can help to deliver quality services (Woolner and et. al.,
2018).

get better learning for the professionals that allow them to learn and
delivery their services in more effective way. This can be helpful for the
children to learn effectively for the future growth and development. As
an early childhood teacher there is need to delivery effective learning to
student which can have high impact on their attitude and behaviour and
allow to get better learning which can help them in future and improve
to get quality of life (Bradley-Levine, 2018).

I have learned that through using the pedagogical and educational
leadership teacher and educator are able to provide better learning to their
student. Through this, as an early childhood teacher, I am able to improve my
learning and professional knowledge which can be effective while delivering
my services to children for their growth and future development. This allow
me to delivery my services through improving in the professional
development which can help to improve my knowledge and delivery of
service to improve children learning and effective growth and development.
