INTRODUCTION
New business organisation are developed for the sustainable growth. Business plan is the
brief written document that outlines the activities, products, competitors, goals, visions and aims
of the new business (Berger and et. al., 2021). A accurate and good business plan includes
executive summary, marketing strategy, product and services, financial planning and budget. The
purpose of developing a business plan is helping the key stakeholders of the new business
venture to articulate a strategy for effective execution of business. Thus, an effective business
plan helps the business operators an insight for steps to be taken, timelines to be anticipated and
resources needed for achieving the business goals. This helps the business to prosper and grow to
heights. The present report is the business plan of the new brand “Earth Tu Body” that is
developed to serve vegan organic perfumes. The report will outline proposed future business, its
customers, competitors, skill analysis and sources of funding. The report will also outline the
type of organisation and vision of business idea.

The “Earth Tu Body” is the best quality brand operating in the retail industry and will
perfume as their products. The product of the business is the organic vegan perfumes and to
produce the product the business will use organic, botanical and other environmental friendly
natural ingredients. The brand will produce different scent perfumes as per the demand of the
market and all will be made with natural ingredients like cedarwood, fruits such as orange,
strawberry etc., ginger, flowers such as rose, jasmine, lotus, lily etc. to produce the scent the
producers of the product will utilize organic, clean and plant based ingredients which will offer
chemical free natural scent. The fragrance of the organic vegan perfumes produced by the Earth
Tu Body brand will has lime and light aromatic not so strong yet long lasting inhaling level. This
new business has come up with the innovation of new type of vegan, natural and organic
perfumes that use no chemicals and synthesis ingredients for fragrance. The perfume has such
natural aromatic fragrance that is not harmful to breathe and also is animal and environment
friendly.

When any business is coming up something innovative and new idea in market it very
important to protect its rights of manufacturing, product packaging, logo, process etc. for this
product of the Earth Tu Body the most suitable intellectual property right for the company is
patent. The patent is the IR that will protect the composition of new fragrance, and process of
developing a perfume. To protect the logo and name of the company from being copied or steal
by any other competitor the company will use the trademark intellectual property right.
Customers Analysis
The target customers of the vegan organic perfume products of the is the B2C customer
base. As the company will sell its product in the retail market of the United Kingdom. The brand
will raise its selling quantity by targeting the customers. For identification of the right target
customers to whom the products of the Earth Tu Body will be sold STP is conducted and
discussed below:
Segmentation: the market will be segmented into the small groups in order to create ease for
targeting the right base of customers. For the Vegan organic perfumes the main customer
segment will be persons that are fitness freak and workout in gyms. This is the behavioural
segmentation.
Targeting: as part of targeting the right customers at the right time the Earth Tu Body will target
the customers during the their age of 18-60 years as this age group there is more concern for the
health especially among women segment. Thus the product will be buy by the people those who
care for their health and are conscious of gaining weights etc.
Positioning: for the Earth Tu Body, company to gain competitive edge in the market it is
important to position its products through effective promotional tactics. For this product of
herbal organic Vegan organic perfumes the company will offer complementary short packaged
Vegan organic perfumes for customers to try different flavours for free through their unique
packing and reusable bottles in order to create loyal customers through USP.
Competitive analysis
The competitive analysis is the framework to analyse the competitors and there power in the
market through their actions and strategies. For any business competitors are the serious threat
therefore, it is important for the Earth Tu Body perfume brand to analyse their competitors using
Porter’s five force model.
