There are responsibilities were given to me related to this project which I have to fulfill and I have fulfilled it also I have gained a good experience of working with the team which will helps in my career because it is important to work in a team so that the targets and achieved more effectively. There are different leadership style which I have discussed in this report on the basis of which leaders performs their functions. Gaining the knowledge helps in building the confidence of the individual so that they grow and build their personality and create their good image in front of the other. CONCLUSION As per the above report it has been analysed that business environment and leadership plays an important role in the organisation it helps in effective decision making in the business so that goals of the business can be achieved effectively.
