Business is all about buying and selling of goods and services in market. This report contains
discussion related to various marketing strategies and models to analyse the internal and external
environment affecting business of organisation (Corallo, Lazoi, and Lezzi, 2020). It plays an
vital role in the success of business organisation. Easy Jet is the business organisation which is
chosen here. It is Swiss low cost airline.

which breaks down the trade agreements between united kingdom and other European nations
which is great threat for Easy Jet.

Economic factors are closely related to economic effects the business organisation. The covid
situations breaks down the economic structure of many industries and airlines industry is one of
them but slowly and gradually the situation becomes favourable and becomes opportunities for
those organisations which provide better facilities.

social factors related to the social belief of the customer. Easy Jet maintains proper gender
balance in their staff members means it appoints balanced quantity of males and females which
increases the trust of customers towards Easy jet. This factor of pestle analyses acts as
opportunity for Easy jet.

Nowadays technology is the most important factors for the growth of business. Easy jet spend
the huge amount of their earning to acquire the new and advanced technologies. It uses the best
technology to reduces and to attracts the customers. Company uses online boarding and new bag
scanning technology in their organisation and creates many opportunities for business
organisation.

Legal factors related to the legal obligations and rules which companies has to follow, these legal
obligations is prepared by the judiciary body of country for the enforcement of law in country
(Glebovskiy, 2019). These rules and regulations may be vary from country to country because
each country have different pros and cons. As the founders of Easy jet charges for bribery,
becomes great threat for Easy jet.

Environment factors related to those factors from natural environment affects the business,
nowadays most nations of the world becomes sensitive about their environment. It prepares
certain strict rules and regulations to protect their environment from the negative effect of
business such as waste management. Research department of Easy Jet works on different
technology which focus on environment. This provides many opportunities for Easy jet.

As Easy Jet is low cost airlines provides airlines facilities to different destinations of
Europe in budget packages, which is their greatest strength and this strength of company negate
various weakness and threat such as loss incurred due to covid pandemic.
Easy jet uses only single model model aircraft which reduces their maintenance cost and
considerable amount is saved which company uses in their research department (Dhir, 2020).
This initiative enables research department to invent modern technologies which helps company
in their business operations.
One of the most important weakness of Easy jet is limited number of suppliers present in
market which enables the supplier to establish dominant position in market and high bargaining
power. This high bargaining power decreases the profit margins of business organisations but
due to the high brand value of Easy Jet, the power of supplier becomes less in this case.

Easy Jet is the first airlines which fully eliminates carbon emissions. This strength and
feature of company attracts most countries of world which focus on their environmental issues
because carbon emission is very harmful for natural environment (Jamel, Saidani, and Nurcan,
2018). This negates the various environmental threat faces by company from various
governments.
The brand value of Easy jet plays a vital role for the development of airline academy
because it negates all the barriers faced by company to establishes these academies

of productivity. As there is no leadership styles that are adapted by the business of management
then it becomes challenging to functions their management as effectively and efficiently. Easy
Jet is the British international low cost airline management whose headquarter is in London
Airport. It hires more than 16000 individuals and maintaining all managerial actions as
effectively. The organisation know the requirements and desires of their staff faculty and group
members and offers them right advice as per to their job role. If the organisation will not have
the leaders then they will not be able to achieve their goals in life. Leader helps in the overall
development of the individual so that their career development can also take place. Employees in
the company cannot work without the proper guidance. There are different leadership styles
which is adopted by the leaders if the organisation will not adopt any leadership style then it will
become difficult for the organisation to survive in the market. Easy jet is considered as British

organisation will use proper leadership and management style then it will the managers to
achieve their targets in the short period of time also it will help in increasing productivity of the
business. Participative leadership helps in enhancing the morale of the employees. It also helps in
the free flow of ideas so that better decision making can take in the business. If all the employees
will get equal opportunities then chances of conflicts will get reduced in the business due to
which organisation will achieve their objectives on time. With the helps of the above leadership

style company can easily deal with the uncertain situation due to further help in the growth of the

CSR helps in building the goodwill of the business in the marketplace it helps in reducing the
conflicts between the brand and the government it also helps in fulfilling the needs and
requirements of the society in the appropriate manners (Inshakova, 2021). It is the responsibility
of the HR managers to check whether the CSR activities are getting fulfilled or not because if the
CSR activities which not be fulfilled then company can face issue in the company. Airline
industry is using fuel tom operate their services which can have a bad impact on the
environment. There are various measures which the organisation have to take so that business
can perform effectively without affecting the business the environment. Airline have to take
various safety measures so that they can they are provide the best safety measures to the clients
due to the covid-19 situation people are in fear due to which they are avoiding to go out but if the
organisation will provide the best services to them then it will helps in gaining the trust of the
society.

The final task of the project will involve writing a reflection report on your experience in writing
this report.
While completing this report I have gained various knowledge regarding the theories which I
have used in this report. I have developed my various skills like time management skills,
leadership skills, management skills etc which will further helps me in my future project.
Different models like pestle and swot analysis which is used in this report helped me in gaining
the knowledge about the macro environment. There are responsibilities were given to me related
to this project which I have to fulfill and I have fulfilled it also I have gained a good experience
of working with the team which will helps in my career because it is important to work in a team
so that the targets and achieved more effectively. There are different leadership style which I
have discussed in this report on the basis of which leaders performs their functions. Gaining the
knowledge helps in building the confidence of the individual so that they grow and build their
personality and create their good image in front of the other.
CONCLUSION
As per the above report it has been analysed that business environment and leadership plays an
important role in the organisation it helps in effective decision making in the business so that
goals of the business can be achieved effectively. In this report pestle and swot analysis have
been used so that macro environment factors and be identified because there are various macro
environmental factors which can affect the services of the business due to which business can
also face loss. So to avoid this situation these model has been used. Different leadership style
also have discussed which will helps the business to motivate their employees towards the work
which are doing. Corporate social responsibility will helps in developing the goodwill of the
business so that growth chances of the business can be increased.
