INTRODUCTION Management within an organisation is a process of getting task done through others to achieve goals of business. Performance management helps in developing a working environment where human resources use their skills and abilities to perform better within an organisation. This is a continuous process of interaction and feedback between supervisor and its subordinates to meet objectives of an organisation. It includes areas such as leadership and management, training and development, talent management that helps business in completing its targets in an effective manner(Adivar and et.al, 2019).This tool provides assistance to administrators of company in monitoring and evaluating performance of their employees. The organisation taken in this report is Easy jet which is a multinational company of UK dealing airlines services at low- cost. It operates in domestic as well as international countries through its associated airlines such as EasyJet Switzerland, EasyJet Uk, EasyJet Europe. Within report, process of leadership and management along with talent management will be discussed in context to EasyJet. Concept of training and development will also be explained in reference to the company. Addition to it, theories related to these process will also be discussed with their recommendations. MAIN BODY There are three process that helps in management of company to make its functioning more effective. These process are described as under in context to chosen organisation: Leadership and management:Within leadership, managers of an organisation motivate, instruct and guide their workforces to attain a common objective of the business. Managerial leadersthinkstrategicallyanddevelopeffectiveteamsforcreatingahealthyworking environment. In EasyJet, transformational leadership style is followed in which supervisors of company lead their subordinates by providing clearly defined and compelling directions that help in attaining goals of company(Akhtar, M. and Sushil, S., 2018). Team members within the group are directed by their managers to take decisions regarding technology and innovation for airlines models. New thoughts and ideas relevant to innovation of models are brought forward by team members and then administrators of company choose the best decision. It helps managers of company in taking their decisions fast because of different ideas and opinions given by team members.
Transactional theory of leadership and management is defined as a theory in which supervisors of company mainly directs and motivates their subordinates by appealing for their self-interest. The primary objective of this theory is to follow the instructionsgiven by administrators of company to their employees. Within EasyJet, the leaders have belief in motivating their human resources through rewards and punishments. When employees of company performs as per the demands of superiors then they get appraisal through rewards which motivates them and other employees also to work more hard(Altin and et.al, 2018). And if any manpower does not perform as per demand of managers then they are punished through penalties.Therefore,thisexchangeofperformanceandrewardbetweenworkforcesand superiors takes place to attain daily performance targets. Human resources of company focuses on expanding the sales of airline services by working hard and get rewards in return from administrators of organisation. Training and development:This process helps in overall development of human resources of the organisation so that they help in achieving objectives effectively and efficiently. Training and development program is an essential tool in airlines sector to manage human resources successfully in context to comforts and safety of passengers. This process helps workforces of EasyJet in expanding the quality of productivity and services by developing innovational strategies in them to work efficiently. Training and development facilitates manpower of company in facing the issues and challenges affecting airlines services of company. It also helps them in recommending the ways to overcome those challenges. This program help employees in keeping them motivated and increases their level of contribution within company. This process also provides assistance to human resources of company in identifying and improving the areas where they are lacking. The model of 70-20-10 is for learning and development within training profession for describing best sources of learning through successful supervisors(Bourne and et.al, 2018). It is based on the principle that 70 percent of learning comes from experiment, reflection and experience. 2 percent of learning derives from getting work done with others while 10 percent of learning obtains from planned learning solutions and formal interventions. This model is a common guideline for those companies that are seeking effectiveness of training and programs of development with the help of other activities and inputs. In this company, talent management plays an important role in improving the performance of its human resources as well as allows company to remain competitive by developing innovative airlines services. Training programme model helps in providing opportunities to employees of company for learning about the culture of company and skills that makes the work more effective. Within EasyJet, managers of company specifically focus on providing training regarding first aid, safety and equipments used in airlines services. Training regarding aviation security and dangerous goods are also provided by administrators of company to their human resources(Guersola and et.al, 2018). This model helps in making various aspects in relation to improve quality of employees that makes EasyJet enhance its services in right direction. Further Easy Jet is by using this model makes skills and abilities of employees analysed in proper manner. This model lead airlines enhance its workforce through developing employees within it. RECOMMENDATION Leadership and management:In the process of leadership, human resources of company are directed, guided and motivated by their superiors within the organisation. Leaders of EasyJet provides clear direction to their workforces so that they can work in an effective way. Managerial leaders of organisation think strategically and manage effective teams for generating a healthy working environment. There are various types of leadership style such as autocratic leadership style, democratic leadership style, transactional leadership style, transformational leadership style and many more. It is recommended that Easyjet must follow democratic
leadership style. In this type of leadership style all persons within the company takes equal participationindecisionmakingprocess.Throughthisleadershipstyle,teammembers contributes more participation in expressing their views. New thoughts and ideas are brought forward by team members which makes it easy for manager of company to take better decision. In this way, company can achieve its higher productivity and will meet its objectives in an effective manner(Halligan, J., 2017). This leadership style also helps in increasing the morale of employeesofcompany.Democraticleadershipstyleoffersmanyopportunitiestoevery employee of company in taking participation, exchanging their ideas and encourages decisions taken by subordinates of company. Training and development:This is one of the most important factor that is used within an organization like Easy Jet. In order to improve training process themodel of 70-20-10 has been used by Easy Jet which makes training improved by introducing innovative idea and work over those aspects that increases knowledge of employee as per the requirement of tasks assigned to them. Easy Jet through the model make quality of existing employees improved by making them provide various facilities through advancing knowledge in relation to new ways to perform house keeping activities. Training and development easy jet is able to enhance management by making employees understand about core reality of management work. Also in this model safety perspective of employees is also kept in mind which makes employee attainability developed towards organization. Through such perspective social culture is improved for which helps in increasing feeling of togetherness between employees while working within an organization. This leads upon employees capabilities increased in more impactful manner through improving employees working surroundings with positivity. Talent management:This is one of the mos important aspects that has been used in order to improvise quality of employees in more effective manner. Through talent management new andtalentedemployeesgetopportunitiestoworkwithexperiencedemployeemaking organizations goals and objectives achieved in more effective manner(Kalgin and et.al, 2018). An organization like easy jet use training programs which makes basic facilities of airlines improved in more effective way. Also it helps easy jet airlines provide various facilities making talent managed in more effective manner.Talent Management is essential in Easy Jet as it can provide necessary assistance to the business firm in maintaining the performance of the employees catering their services in the favour of the organisation.
Talent management is a concept which elevates the business performance of the given firm by facilitating with highly competent employees who are compelled to deliver excellent performances(Kreiling, L. and Bounfour, A., 2020). Easy Jet is an aviation firm and in order to excel within the given industry. It is highly significant for the company to provide the best servicespossibletothecustomer.Hence,excessivefocusupontheformulationand implementation of talent management strategies can lead towards facilitation of high end servicestothetargetcustomers(Tanikawaandet.al,2017).Thediverseapproachesof performance management help to evaluate the employee performance on a continues basis which in turn results in determination of the areas where actual improvement is needed.

CONCLUSION From the above stated report it can be concluded that it is essential for a company to focus on development of performance management in order to grow at the marketplace.
