The business
The name of the business will be Easy Wash and the company will be providing the
customers with three different types of services. These services can be described as exterior car
washing, interior cleaning and detailing. The firm will be based in an application whereby the
customer will request a car clean-up service to the firm and then the firm will send their
executives to the place of the consumer and get the service done. The company will have certain
competitors as present in the market but the main point of differentiation for the firm will be that
the organization will allow good quality service to the different customers and ensure that the
best services are provided to the different employees. In addition to this, the best employees will
be employed for the purpose of the job as it will improve the overall quality of the service and
ensure that the firm is able to build a brand image for itself. At present the company has aimed
to start its operations in the United Arab Emirates. Good quality service will be required to be
provided because, most of the cars as present in the country are belonging to the luxury segment
and with respect to this, the firm aims to ensure that, it is able to provide good quality services to
this group and engage in a long term relationship with them.
Objectives
The overall objectives of the business can be stated to be as follows:
To be viewed as a premium car wash and detailed service company and becoming the number one
company by 2021.
To maintain a high profit margin of 20% annually.
To ensure that they bring about a good brand name for the company
To expand in to five other countries as well in five years
To ensure that the company is able to ensure that it gains a larger market in the coming years and takeover
at least 70% of the market in 5 years.

The primary mission of the firm can be stated to be as follows:
To provide good quality washing to the different consumers for luxurious cars as well.
To ensure that environmental friendly products are used for the firm.
To ensure that a good customer service base is maintained.
Vision
The vision of the company is to have a sturdy growth rate for itself and to expand the
operations of the firm in different countries as well.
Key personnel
The management forms an integral part of the firm and with respect to this, it becomes
considerably important for any firm to have a well-defined key personnel plan in place in order
to ensure that, the different members are successfully able to gain success in the long run. Hence,
the given section will highlight the management team who will be in place and this will be
