Introduction
Located in the banks of river Murray and River Campaspe, Echuca is a small town in
the Victoria, Australia. The city has diverse categories of business which are increasing each
year at the population of the city is tangentially increasing year. This report will be focussing
on the creation of a bridge which will be connecting Echuca and Moama as the bride is
supposed to be very much beneficial for the regular visitors of the these two cities. This
construction project is being built in four stages in terms of the highway, construction of the
warren streets, building of the bridge over the two rivers Camaspe and Murray. The detailed
stages of this this project can be understood in a descriptive manner using the below pictorial

This report will be providing a detailed project procurement management plan which
will be discussing diverse aspects of procurements like defining the selected procurements,
contracts deployed in the project, mitigation of the risks of procurement, sponsor acceptance
