entrepreneurship, this power point presentation includes the impact of the
small medium enterprises on the United kingdom economy in different
level such as international level, national level, regional level, local level
etc. with different examples.

advantages in both sectors that is public and corporate as well and some key

Small and medium-sized enterprises also known as SMEs , are the businesses that fall under or
below the certain assets, revenue or employee thresholds (Mittal, and et.al., 2018). Small and
medium size enterprise play a major role in the united Kingdom economy, these small scale business
have a great growth rate. In past years good percentage of SMEs employers reported the growth in
the small business survey.
It helps in boosting the economy of the UK. SMEs are important to generate job and boost global
economic. In international economy the small and medium size ventures attracts vast changes in the
export and import market and it helps in react more investors who are ready or attract to invest in
innovation and new small size start-up which display the strength of the growing economy. It makes
strong reputation of the United Kingdom economy on others countries.
SME businesses are specially effective when its come to support local economy that is they bring
innovation, growth and prosperity to the areas outsides if the country main cities, which gives equal
distribution of the wealth and income. National economy SME helps to increase the productivity
level of the economy of UK (Ma’rifah, and Rohmah., 2019). It contributes a good percentage to the
national economy every year.
