This research aims to establish the nature of the relationship between the retention rate and the graduation rate in online colleges. It explores whether there exists any connection between the two and evaluates the impact of retention rate on graduation rate. The research also considers the possibility of predicting graduation rate based on retention rate. The data used in the research is from the Online Education Database and applies a quantitative research approach with a correlation research design. The findings show a positive linear relationship between retention rate and graduation rate, although the regression fit is not considered a good fit. Recommendations include incorporating audio and visual teaching techniques, improving the user interface of online platforms, and ensuring qualified teaching staff.
