INTRODUCTION
In today's era, people started focusing towards
environment protection and awareness, this is
because of excessive composition of non- recyclable
wastes on the landfills, which are directly or
indirectly affecting the health of the living organism.
Generally people know that implementing 3'R that is
Reduce, Reuse and Recycle are the only solution for
environment protection, but what if there is a
solution by which non- recyclable wastes can be
replaced.

Rapidly, increase in the consumption of
single use plastic which decompose into
the soil and remains non- biodegradable
for thousands of years, which starts
releasing toxic substances into the
environment.

2. Process for generating of
business idea
Brainstorming is a key process which is
involved for idea generation of Edible Hub.
It is a perfect way to generate innovative
business ideas. Brainstorming is a creative
method in which group of people discuss
the solution of any problem.

3. Feasibility study
Feasibility analyses several alternatives to achieve
the business objectives. The business is feasible
only when it is making profits for longer term.
Edible Hub is focusing on feasibility study in order
to analysing the macro and micro elements of
business, market potential for the product,
manpower requirement and operating cost etc.

be offered
All the products which are manufactured
by the company are plant- based products.
The items which are included in the
cutlery are as follows - which will
enhance one's experience and taste of the
food.

The emerging opportunities in this segment
can be analysed by doing the SWOT analysis
of the company. It is a strategic management
technique, used by each and every
organisation so that they can know more
about their internal strength and weaknesses
and external opportunities and threats which
affects their organisation.

Attractiveness of the industry can be analysed
with the help of Porter's five forces model. It is
used to analyse the competitive environment
among the various companies. Edible Hub can
increase the customer base by considering the
porter five forces such as supplier power, buyer
power, competitive rivalry, threat of new
entrants and threat of substitution.

The vision of the company is to produce
and supply the most affordable and top
quality edible utensils across the world,
for the sake of environment protection
and also to maintain a long term
sustainable growth in long as well as
short run.
