1 EDUCATION SUPPORT Part A Task 2 1.The school abides by theWork Health and Safety Act (2011). Here, my duty is to provide immediate first aid to the students if they are injured. According to the standards and protocol of this Code, I am entrusted with the responsibility to regulate the behaviour of the children. 2. a) Accident recording and reporting is one of the policies, which is followed by the schools and the educational institutions in Australia. The Principals are to obtain witness statement. This also includes consideration of medical insurances and treatments (Education.vic.gov.au 2018). b) Mention can be made of the report,School Safety and Security. This needs to be completed in terms of upgrading the current security standards. Proper community channels needs to be adopted for disseminating the appropriate information at the right time. The staffs need to maintain effective communication with the departmental units in terms of getting the work done at the right time. Inspections by the experts would prove effective in terms of achieving positive outcomes (Education.vic.gov.au 2018). c) Store rooms are more prone to hazards. This is because of the preservation of goods, which can easily accumulate dust. If the students come in contact with these goods, they can suffer from dust allergies. Experts can be hired for inspection of the store rooms. Principals and the administrative staffs would be entrusted with the responsibility of reporting the occurrence of such hazards to the Director. Spontaneity needs to be maintained in reporting the incidents and the hazards for ensuring the wellbeing of the students (Education.qld.gov.au 2018).
2 EDUCATION SUPPORT Task 3 Scenario 2 a)Workplace bullying is the ill-treatment, which the employees face from the colleagues. This can be emotional, physical or mental. Bullying adversely affects the psyche of the employees, further affecting their workplace performance. Here, communication plays an important role, which can be verbal or written. Claims can be filed to the managers and higher authorities for loss of self-respect. Consumer forum can be reported about the incident (Humanrights.gov.au 2018). Apart from this, police can be contacted for getting external help regarding restoring loss respect. Human Rights Commission is one of the other place, where the employees can get help for the getting solutions to the encountered bullying in the workplace. Commonwealth Fairwork Ombudsman is a trustable source for the employees regarding getting the required assistance for restoring lost respect in the workplace. b) Victorian Public Service Award is awarded by the school to those, who have provided valuable contribution towards the upliftment of the educational standards. The support providers can approach the Fair Work Commission for resolving their queries related to this award. The leave entitlements under this award are handled by National Employment Standards (Education.vic.gov.au 2018). The employees working full time and part time in the school are liable to enjoy 4 weeks of annual leave, depending on their ordinary working hours. The employees working for 20 hours per week are entitled to have 80 hours of annual leave, which is equivalent to 4 weeks. c) I would approach to the Consumer Forum for gaining support regarding the verification of the breach notice. I would stick to the decision that adopting unfair means for issuing breach of conduct notice is a violation of Ethical Code of Conduct (Abel 2015). If inadequate support is provided by the Consumer Forum, then I would be compelled to take courtly

I have the advantage of filing complaints against the administrative staffs of the school regarding unfair treatment to the clients and the customers. The documents regarding floor tiles would be my proof. d) I work for 6 hours, where I am entitled to enjoy 30 minutes break. 3. Non-teaching staffs are entrusted with the responsibility for providing personal care to the students in the absence of the teachers. Along with this, they are also to execute risk assessment of the students in all of the circumstances. For this, the staffs get the assistance of the experts, which helps in averting the unwanted instances and issues (Maharg 2016). The non-teaching staffs are instructed to conduct examination of the machines and the other items for discovering the presence of any risk. Evaluation is one of the prime responsibilities of the non-teaching staffs in order to assess the effectiveness, appropriateness and feasibility of the undertaken steps. This assessment is necessary in terms of examining whether the identified goals and objectives are adhered and complied (Abel 2015).
