2.1 Analysing theories, principles and models of communication Communication is the way of having and transferring information and is an important aspect for forming relation with the learners. It is important to remove all the barriers coming in the way of effective communication. Proper understanding is developed with the key principles and models involved in communication.
Transactional model In this model of communication, the receiver and sender will have interchanged roles. It is also known as circular model for communication. It means that the sender can become the receiver and vice versa, during a particular time of communication. It is the most common type of communication model used in the day to day life. Examples of transaction model used for communication includes having a face to face meeting with the students, having an interactive training session where the students will be sharing their ideas and comments.

It begins with the formation of ideas displayed by the sender and then transmitting this message with a medium to the receiver.
