A Role and responsibilities in education and training:
As a teacher, person have to complete various roles and should have ability to teach and
motivate their students (Aglazor, 2017). Teachers have great responsibility, they not only teach
student, but they also help the to be a great personality in life. They focus on improving the
weakness of the student and help them to conquer the weakness which they have been facing.
There are various aspects of teacher such as:
Professionalism: a teacher must be professional in teaching and educational field, they should
have proper degree to teach. Becoming a teacher is not an easy task, they have to complete
various professional degree to have clear knowledge to teach students.
Clear communication: teachers must have clear communication skills which allow them to
communicate with their student effectively. This skill is one of the most important and require
skill in the field of education, teacher as well as student need to have clear communication to
avoid any kind of problem.
Promoting: teacher must have ability to promote and respect student, promoting students means
appreciating them to be better. Respecting the student is another aspect a teacher must know.
B the relationship and boundaries of teaching and professional role:
Teacher has various great responsibilities which allow them to be more professional, but
they also have boundaries between teaching and professional role. The professional role means
they are not only a teacher, but they are an employee as well (Batanero, et.al., 2016). They have
various professional role which need to be accomplished on time. Teacher at some points know
that they also have professional responsibilities such as meeting deadline and completing
assessment on time. As a professional, an employee need to be productive at the workplace, they
need to obey and follow all the policies and regulation of the workplace. Teacher have role to
educate the student and their professional side want them to collaborate with the other teachers
also, this collaboration is often called the professional relationship between teachers.
Peers: a part from teaching and other professional roles, a teacher need to arrange and develop
various other things such as development coach and tutor, social service Within the education
field. They have responsibilities to manage and up date the reports and other necessary data.

The initial assessment means the learner start a new part of the study, this help teacher to
understand the assessment and often start before the student commence the actual assessment,
this clear the idea about of teacher and ensure them that student is on the right part (Delgado,
Delgado and Quiroz, 2019). The teacher support and guide them in the path of initial assessment.
Role of initial assessment such as:
Clear idea: the initial assessment help both the teacher as well as the student, the teacher have
the enough information about the student about the stages of their learning. The type of course
adopted by the student and the assessment which they like to be taught.
Performance: the initial assessment provide the data about the student's previous performance,
of the student have great performance in past that allow them to be part of the assessment or to
get entry in the course. Student must have grade C in maths and English, if any student do not
have any of the required criteria, then they have to re-site the assessment which include academic

various levels such as motivation level, attitude and performance level and even the skills such as

Achieving quality: learning ability of the student mainly depends upon their behavioural,
emotional and social challenges. Teacher should examine each and every student and identify
their weakness and later provide them education to overcome any barriers in the education.
When teacher examine each and every student, this ensures that they should not be discriminated
from other students.
Developing talents: talent development is often most important but it is also the most difficult
task (Livingston, 2016). Teacher have ability to identify the hidden talent in the student,

Classroom activities: classroom activities are very effective in terms of learning as well as
entertainment, this often help student to explore the class and become more confident in the field
of learning. Teacher plan classroom activities such as group interaction, playing games,
counselling and many other activities. These activities not only entertain the student, but they
often fulfil the need of the student.
Organizing classroom: teacher need to organize their class in the way which include interest of
every student. The organization of class can lead teacher to overcome any burden on the teacher
and student as well. Organizing classroom can be arranging the sitting of the student next to or
closer to the student. Many student face the difficulty in viewing the blackboard because the
teacher sit close or near the viewpoint of the student which block the view and student often find
difficulty in understanding the learning, teacher can adjust their sitting and try to organize the
classroom.

The teacher need a balanced plan to educate their students, this plan should include all the
important elements that meet the need of the student. Planning the learning is best for both, the
teacher as well as the student but it can be challenging to plan such education or learning of the
student. This plan includes:

Create learning goal: developing a baseline is very important before stating to create goal,
teacher should focus on setting one goal with various other goal that have aims and objectives.
This one goal help student to learn the same topic as all student, this baseline can help teacher to
customize the lesson and fulfil the learning need of the student.
Different ways to learn: teacher should create different ways of learning for student, this
includes learning from various visual and auditory ways. This planning part help student to enjoy
the lesson new and entertaining way. Teacher creates visual aids to present images and content
together which keep the student active during the learning session.
C Adaptation of teaching and learning plan to meet the need of learner:
Teachers should plan teaching strategies to teach the student, in teaching and learning
there are certain adaptation which a teacher can adapt to measure the plans and strategies such
as:
Listening adaptation: if the student is facing any problem in listening, the teacher need to
identify the reasons and try to make a plan that involve effective listening development program.
This plan should include visual presentation which have pictured and images. Teacher can use
flash card to help student to see the image is they are finding difficulty in listening to the teacher.
Verbal: many student find difficult to verbally communicate with the teacher, this often have
two reason, such as the student do not have proper communication skills or the student have any
