A Role and responsibilities in education and training:
As a teacher, person have to complete various roles and should have ability to teach and
motivate their students (Aglazor, 2017). Teachers have great responsibility, they not only teach
student, but they also help the to be a great personality in life. They focus on improving the
weakness of the student and help them to conquer the weakness which they have been facing.
There are various aspects of teacher such as:
Professionalism: a teacher must be professional in teaching and educational field, they should
have proper degree to teach. Becoming a teacher is not an easy task, they have to complete
various professional degree to have clear knowledge to teach students.
Clear communication: teachers must have clear communication skills which allow them to
communicate with their student effectively. This skill is one of the most important and require
skill in the field of education, teacher as well as student need to have clear communication to
avoid any kind of problem.
Promoting: teacher must have ability to promote and respect student, promoting students means
appreciating them to be better. Respecting the student is another aspect a teacher must know.
B the relationship and boundaries of teaching and professional role:
Teacher has various great responsibilities which allow them to be more professional, but
they also have boundaries between teaching and professional role. The professional role means
they are not only a teacher, but they are an employee as well (Batanero, et.al., 2016). They have
various professional role which need to be accomplished on time. Teacher at some points know
that they also have professional responsibilities such as meeting deadline and completing
assessment on time. As a professional, an employee need to be productive at the workplace, they
need to obey and follow all the policies and regulation of the workplace. Teacher have role to
educate the student and their professional side want them to collaborate with the other teachers
also, this collaboration is often called the professional relationship between teachers.
Peers: a part from teaching and other professional roles, a teacher need to arrange and develop
various other things such as development coach and tutor, social service Within the education
field. They have responsibilities to manage and up date the reports and other necessary data.

C the role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment:
The initial assessment means the learner start a new part of the study, this help teacher to
understand the assessment and often start before the student commence the actual assessment,
this clear the idea about of teacher and ensure them that student is on the right part (Delgado,
Delgado and Quiroz, 2019). The teacher support and guide them in the path of initial assessment.
Role of initial assessment such as:
Clear idea: the initial assessment help both the teacher as well as the student, the teacher have
the enough information about the student about the stages of their learning. The type of course
adopted by the student and the assessment which they like to be taught.
Performance: the initial assessment provide the data about the student's previous performance,
of the student have great performance in past that allow them to be part of the assessment or to
get entry in the course. Student must have grade C in maths and English, if any student do not
have any of the required criteria, then they have to re-site the assessment which include academic
programme.
Motivation: the enrolment in the assessment, the student need to have interview which asses
various levels such as motivation level, attitude and performance level and even the skills such as
literacy skills and communication skills.
The diagnostic assessment: this assessment comes after the initial assessment, this help in
highlighting stages where student require to have extra support. Students use various online
platforms which allow them to learn required further development. The diagnostic assessment
help teacher to identify the strength and weakness of their students, this assessment also
highlight the capability of student to achieve goals and target.
Both the initial and diagnostic assessment plays a vital role in students starting point.
This help them to create smart goal and plan the learning programme and course.

A The importance of individual need of learning:
Teacher need to understand that every individual is different from each other, but they
tend acquire equal treatment which include hope, education, teaching and aspiration (Khan, Zia-
Ul-Islam and Khan, 2017). Teacher are aware about different dynamic they are going to face in
teaching career, this dynamic includes that many students have ability to learner fast as compare
to average and slower students. There are certain elements such as:

Achieving quality: learning ability of the student mainly depends upon their behavioural,
emotional and social challenges. Teacher should examine each and every student and identify
their weakness and later provide them education to overcome any barriers in the education.
When teacher examine each and every student, this ensures that they should not be discriminated
from other students.
Developing talents: talent development is often most important but it is also the most difficult
task (Livingston, 2016). Teacher have ability to identify the hidden talent in the student,
carefully examining the behaviour can help teachers to locate the exact skills which can be later
converted into talent. Teacher supports the unique skills of the student, these skills are very
important for an individual learner.
Creating interest: teachers try to identify and meet the need of the individual learner, this often
boost the motivation and morale of the student. Teachers have responsibility to develop interest
of the student, this interest means in which field and student want to carry their career. After
identifying the interest, teacher provide effective support to the student.
Classroom activities: classroom activities are very effective in terms of learning as well as
entertainment, this often help student to explore the class and become more confident in the field
of learning. Teacher plan classroom activities such as group interaction, playing games,
counselling and many other activities. These activities not only entertain the student, but they
often fulfil the need of the student.
Organizing classroom: teacher need to organize their class in the way which include interest of
every student. The organization of class can lead teacher to overcome any burden on the teacher
and student as well. Organizing classroom can be arranging the sitting of the student next to or
closer to the student. Many student face the difficulty in viewing the blackboard because the
teacher sit close or near the viewpoint of the student which block the view and student often find
difficulty in understanding the learning, teacher can adjust their sitting and try to organize the
classroom.
B Importance of planning to meet the needs of learner:
The teacher need a balanced plan to educate their students, this plan should include all the
important elements that meet the need of the student. Planning the learning is best for both, the
teacher as well as the student but it can be challenging to plan such education or learning of the
student. This plan includes:

Create learning goal: developing a baseline is very important before stating to create goal,
teacher should focus on setting one goal with various other goal that have aims and objectives.
This one goal help student to learn the same topic as all student, this baseline can help teacher to
customize the lesson and fulfil the learning need of the student.
Different ways to learn: teacher should create different ways of learning for student, this
includes learning from various visual and auditory ways. This planning part help student to enjoy
the lesson new and entertaining way. Teacher creates visual aids to present images and content
together which keep the student active during the learning session.
C Adaptation of teaching and learning plan to meet the need of learner:
Teachers should plan teaching strategies to teach the student, in teaching and learning
there are certain adaptation which a teacher can adapt to measure the plans and strategies such
as:
Listening adaptation: if the student is facing any problem in listening, the teacher need to
identify the reasons and try to make a plan that involve effective listening development program.
This plan should include visual presentation which have pictured and images. Teacher can use
flash card to help student to see the image is they are finding difficulty in listening to the teacher.
Verbal: many student find difficult to verbally communicate with the teacher, this often have
two reason, such as the student do not have proper communication skills or the student have any
problem or defect from the birth. Teacher's adaptation plan should have the strategies to help
student to overcome their communication problem.
Written: many student find problem in writing because they do no have the practice to written,
or they have any defect. Teacher's adaptation plan have the practice program which help student
practice writing. They provide written program where they help student to write.
(d). Promote appropriate behavior and respect for others
Appropriate behavior is all above providing respect to others, listing individual thing
without argument. It’s essential that individual consider manner to talk with someone, and don’t
use harsh words which impact on their beliefs. Starting of class and new session’s teacher fist
responsibility to provide basic rules and require knowledge about class environment
effectiveness development and promote appropriate behavior towards with the teachers

(Purwanto and et.al., 2021). Importance of promote appropriate behavior and respects for others
are as follows,
 Application of some example is best and suitable techniques which promote basic
antiquates in class room.
 Expansion of punctuality and individual communicate with effective manner which
makes environment calm and good.
 Without argument discuss resolve multiple things and it useful to makes decisions and
solution more powerful.
 In the classroom teacher responsible to promote learning and listing skills which
improves quality of life of individual and when things are listen carefully it improves
effectiveness in work performance.
 Learner has to engage and respect teachers ideas, reviews and their point of view, which
means students has to take initiative when teacher provide right guidance which useful
for long life.
 Anti social behavior individual has to careful about it teachers has to consider that which
things they speak they not provide harm to students values and believes and students also
develop respect to their seniors as well as junior when they talk to them because it helpful
for better relationship development. This concept is not only useful in education
department but is also useful for improvement in social environment.
(e). Develop equality and value diversity
Equality refers to promote individual are equal and not consider to distribute values and
work on the basis of religion, age, gender. Considering to promoting equal values in people is
most essential activity and it’s useful to generate effective environment.
Powerful and effective teachers refers to provide student information about equality and
promoting activity that every human are equal it’s not essential that thought process decision-
making is similar but its not influence their social believes. On the basis of these aspects
individual organization has to promote diversity and develop respective environment which not
affect their culture and beliefs (Lozano, 2020).
Promotion equality makes task more effective because when people that consider and
share their reviews. One thing which is important that organization provide equal chance to
every human being nit consider their age, religion and their position if they have potential and

they consider to share their points provide them authority for this. Students learn this activity
very effective with some examples basis so teacher has to apply and develop example to promote
equality.
(f). Purpose and type of assessment used in education and training
Purpose:
Assessment is identification activity where teacher has responsible to implement new
things on the basis of individual performance. Major purpose of assessment in education concept
is develops and establish activities for students which develop their learning more efficiently and
for long term benefits. Training is essential term for students because they influence their skills
and gain new require ting which improve their career and well get new experiences for life.
Types:
Placement assessment Analysis activity where teacher identify and
evaluate that individual has potential and they
have some relevant and potential about this
learning topic. Also, it includes identification
of understanding about topic (Di Carlo and
et.al., 2021).
Formative assessment. Two way methods where individual students
learn from teacher, but in some topic they not
properly understand so teacher has also
responsible to changes their methods for
provide knowledge and information to student.
Diagnostic assessment Evaluation of previous knowledge of student,
that student has correct information about
topic. And if they don’t have proper knowledge
its essential to provide exact and correct
information to student.
Summative assessment Completion of learning activity then analyze
and calculate student performance, it also
known as identification and summarizing

things they learn it easily generates by
throughout the examination.

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
(a). Importance of teaching and learning, learning approaches to meeting the individual needs of
learners
Teacher makes perfection, encourage good skills, habits, increase motivation, promote
towards with social activities values and beliefs, etiquette and many more to students. Learner
develops approaches like they divided groups and provides task. Then evaluate individual
performance for completion of project (Zeng, Zhao and Zhao, 2020). So it develop multiple
skills like how to communicate with other, how to share opinion idea with effective manner,
listen other point of views, time management, distribution of work and many more.
Assessment of task will useful for makes more efficient training and learning that’s the reason
education department consider to examination activity for analyze of student performance and
learning from sessions. Teacher has responsibility to encourage students towards with new skills
and essential skills for future. Proper training and learning require two ways understanding its
not import that every time stud et listen correct things and implement same things but its
common understating activity that teacher also consider new methods ands activities for provide
information and learning to students. Consideration and knowledge about this concept makes
work more efficient and effective. So its very clear that different learning approaches mainly
prepares for individual need satisfaction and it positively affects attraction of individual.
(b). Benefits and limitations of communication methods and media
Verbal Communication: Benefits of verbal communication is fast delivery of information, idea,
thoughts, and feeling sharing activity. Verbal communication useful for share information very
soon and it utilize by every individual in their daily routine (Chang and et.al., 2020). On the basis
of communication media like from phone call, phone recording, videos and many more. But the

thing is individual has to consider communication properly and effectively with clear sentence
and other one can easily understand. Limitation of this method is there is no legal proof.
Nonverbal Communication: It includes where individual share their emotions, values with
expression, changes in body language and many more. Application of social media individual
can easily generate nonverbal communication with social media status, send videos and many
more. Limitations many times other people not analyze feelings right.
Written Communication:
This communication method mainly consider and utilize in for all area which means
organizations highly proper this communication methods because its useful for provide
information to so many people within less time. Written communication media refers to activity
where organization provide information to employees and customer and school teacher provide
information application of Email, Massage, online comments, review etc.
(c). Effectiveness of resources and assessment methods in relation to meeting the individual
needs of learners
Simulate learning:
Educators consider providing effective education to students but they also believe in
gives skills, knowledge, information which useful for survives in real world. Development of
real world example motivates students towards with career growth (Famularsih, 2020). It
essential that education department provide basic manners like punctuality, communication, time
management and many more for generate effective life.
Promote interest in the subject:
It very essential term because it influences performance of individual and it makes
creativity in life. Individual student has their different thought process and perception about life
so teacher has to consider and develop motivation in students according to their choice of
subject. And also some students if they not decide about which subject is suitable and they have
potentials to learn and develop career, its important to makes more effective life and beneficial
for opportunities.
(d). Ways in which minimum core elements can be demonstrated in planning, delivering and
assessing inclusive teaching and learning

Literacy:
Provide guidance and relevant exercise with analysis and information of internal external
activities of writing (Alenezi, 2020). Consideration and knowledge about these term is effective
because it generates more efficient and suitable writing and communication, when individual
write thoughts and share idea and prepares project its essential to learn grammar, exact
framework and many more. So it’s useful for training and learning activity for long term and
powerful growth and skills development.
Language:
Improvement in communication with suitable manner and define concept and share
reviews with proper sentence, clear voice is most important term because it helps to promote
work more efficient with application and consideration about multiple tasks. Speak things clear,
appropriate and reliable with proper information. Engagement and application of this concept
makes work effective and its useful for effective work completion and it reduce communication
threat and control confusion activity.

development require proper training and learning activity and multiple approaches of education
is useful concept. This study has been provided information purpose and types of assessment of
training and learning. It has been also provide guidance of multiple communication methods and
assessment methods useful for student career growth. So it has been very clear that overall study
give information learning and training which influenced performance of students and it makes
career more efficient. This report has been provides information that education department
engage multiple things for improvement in student behavior and different approaches useful for
proper education and social effective life development.
