 The present presentation will describe in detail about the completed sessions in the
department for education of England regarding the quality assurance and improvement
required.
 Also, the presentation will present the complete self-evaluation and internal verification
Performa’s in detail for quoted educational institution.

 Quality improvement :. Moreover, the quality improvement within the
educational institution is done through staffs mentoring that are hired for
delivering various courses to with the set pattern of teaching style and
practices
 Quality assurance :In this educational institution the quality is assured
through the strict verification of various documents and the timely
review of various courses by various professionals

Function of self-assessment and self-evaluation and the
quality cycle
 Self-assessment :. Furthermore the self-assessment within department
for education of England was done on the basis of conducting the
informal sessions so that proper evaluation of current human resource
management course within the institution might be found out.
 Self-evaluation : Also, major function of such type of evaluation is to
discuss the relevant finding of the analysis with line manger to
implement change within the institution
 Quality cycle: Further, it helps in identifying the opportunities that are
available for the change to the institution so that best learners might be
qualified in the end

Evaluating learning program
 Also, through learning programme is evaluated through using internal
quality assurance method where it helps in analysing the learner
achievements, professional’s knowledge and standards of processes and
procedure’s within the institution.
 Moreover, through correct assessments under the quality maintenance it
can be said that education department of England is offering high quality
services to all its students.

Identify areas for improvement in the learning
program
 After the careful analysis it has been identified that current learning programme in human resource management in
education department of England institution requires that every student prior to the enrolment in the learning course
need to be analysed on the basis of the SWOT analysis so that its suitability for the particular course might be
identified.
 Moreover, the areas of improvement are analysed through using the quality assurance model through which
various lines of responsibility in the educational institution analysis the loophole in teaching practices and take
necessary actions to deliver best outcome in the future.
