have economically weak their children have to get very low quality of environment for getting
the education. In political conception, the person who is belonging from the political background
having priority to get the better environment for education where as the person who does not
have any political background their children have to get admission in the middle class school
where educational environment is nit too good as like as those schools or colleges where
political background student take their admissions. But through the time going onward, this type
of discriminations decreases in some places and government also provides some policies to
equalise this type of inequality. Educational welfare simply means any aspect of a child's growth
